If you talk to Mayor Monty, he'll tell you a story about a captain named captain trotter that died (i think) in a cruise ship. So im thinking he'll be the main villain of demo 3, since the next sword is the ghostwalker. But idk thats just speculation.
i mean the train station already has people with dialogues and its confirmed we will go to the haunted mansion in chapter 3, we'll probably go to a ghost town using the train where the haunted mansion is located
As an exploiter I have gone around the train station and various areas, there’s only just funny dialogue at the statin right now. No trains yet! Edit: I also looked through the code, have not found much.
I think the boat has some connection with the Ghost Dagger, since it is the next dagger we'll find, seen in the story slots after the MC beats the Bubonic Plant and finishing the Turitopolis storyline. Boats like that just looks like the ones you'd find in a captain-ghost movie.

Ive only noticed like 2 guards blocking entrances to gated that lead somewhere one in train station and one near docks. Predictions for travel to different chapters (spoilers ahead) chapter 3 - haunted mansion: by a boat by the docks chapter 4 -banland/desert: train chapter 5 - sword fights on the heights: helicopter chapter 6 - the lab: confirmed to be the door in the library chapter 7 - battle skylands: pirate blimp. i’m pretty confident in these.
