yo what if idea what if deku was a villan but with a twist so the twist starts with the sluge villans his quirk works a little different you see now when he trys to take people over it takes will power so when he attaks deku he manages to get inside him and deku has no memery of it and then what happens in canon takes place till the end of the 10 months and he gets almights quirk but half way to the ua entrance exam the sluge villan takes over with all the memerys of what happened... thats when you can decide what happen next

So basically goku is still sent to earth but the earth from db is switched with the earth in mha i dont know who you will have adopt goku however i recommend having it be inko as she would never leave a child and also have him be the same age as deku, because the story will be boring if he was older or younger. I also think that if goku lived with deku and was training he would train with his quirkless brother which would give deku the same body as after the 10 month ua entrance training, which was able to handle 5%, at the very least however i suspect that he would have a body comparable to S5 anime deku who can do 8% and push to 20% and know some martial arts.
