+irena dubrovna, skynet does not need to harvest a person's skin to create a convincing exoskeleton replica. It was actually the Cameron terminator that killed the girl Allison. In the show this happens again when a terminator with an Ellison skin tried to kill Ellison but is unsuccessful and is destroyed.
9 years later the grieving has turned to RAGE!!!! To me this series ending was worse than Firefly. Went on for 18 more episodes and didn't get a movie to tie up loose ends.

And yet this was how he was killed in the future by the T101. His emotions got the better of him when he allowed the terminator which looked like the one he remembers from his childhood to enter his base and get up close to him.

They got 6 episodes for season 2 to wrap things up. Kyle Reese gets a bullet in the head out of the blue, and John teleports to the future with T1000-woman. Totally imbecilic ending.
Worst than criminal it was a felony... Yes there were so many stories that were not wrapped up.. The disappearance of miles son... The origin of the imposter of catherine weaver... In above all, reunion of john and cameron when he went to the future to get her back. It's too bad he treated her so badly... When she left him that was his punishment..karma always catches up
@@tyronehuston1260 Well, second to Linda Hamilton. But considering how old Linda is now, they should've got Lena Headey to play in the new terminator roles.
That's scene for this day has so much power. JOHN CONNOR choose her. Not listening to anybody just risk his life for her. And she chooses him by overriding comand. That was conscious decision. She don't do what program said. She CHOOSE him like he CHOOSE her
Of course they loved each other very much. Unfortunately john had a rather difficult time accepting it... He wasted all the time with her. They should have been married before they got separated
Funny how the face of the Resistance would be the only human most emotionally attached to Skynet's creations (father figure of T-800 and romantic interest of Cameron). Kyle Reese would be rolling over in his grave jk
_"Aww, John Connor fell in love with a Terminator robot...."_ Yeah. But can you blame him? Like.. she's hot, tough, mysterious and literally forbidden fruit. I would be way to tempted to resist her. Even though it would (assuming she can't reproduce) go against my evolutionary programming.
Sarah truly loved her son and was willing to die defending him and yet you can not get passed the fact that there are a kind of rivalry between her and Cameron regarding John´s affection. Sarah did not simply disliked Cameron because she was a robot, she was jealous about the bond between her and John.
At last somebody else who noticed that.. Yes, she was very, very jealous of Cameron. That was the real reason she despised her so much.. She ignored the fact that her son's girlfriend saved her life more than once. She was used to having him all to herself. And when she showed up that all changed and she didn't like it at all😢 And when riley showed up that was more fuel to the fire.. It was bad enough she had to deal with Cameron. Now she had to deal with the blonde as well.. In cameron was the first terminator to ever experience jealousy
The beauty of this scene is that as he helps her out of the car, which obviously a cyborg does not require, she steps out like the Bride of Frankenstein mixed with Juliet being taken to the prom. Notice though, that none of them call her "it" except one (traitor) later. They call her by name and a sister and daughter. No one can know what is in anyone's head, but she could have real "feelings" and ethics programmed, we just don't get to find out. It's hard to watch the times when they say purposefully hurtful things to her, but that happens in a lot of families. I think she really felt something the whole show, and I think John knew from early on. Which is why he's John Connor and they aren't. I hope they bring this story line back.
She was really in love with john real human love.. She was no ordinary terminator.. In john reciprocated her love in his own way.. In fact, if she didn't have to reveal herself, so soon after they met, they would have started actually dating..😂❤ Their love was one of the kind in priceless. It would have been perfect if they had gotten married before they got separated... When he told his mother, he was going to go to the future. To get her back, it would've been super cool. If he had said mom i'm going to get my wife back
It's a beautiful scene. You know what's sad, though? People barely gave Cameron a chance. Sarah constantly treated her as a tool, Derek hated her guts and even John turned her down on numerous occasions for no reason at all. Cameron tried to show them that she was capable of understanding, feeling. She attempted to behave like a human being and wondered about such things as dreams, emotions and birthdays. None of it was malicious or useful from a strategic perspective. She simply tried her best to process these things and communicate with others in a way that would've been less distant. She began thinking about her own worth, sense of existence, akin to John Henry. "Am I a child of God?". It's a genuine question, similar to Cameron's "Do I have a birthday?". She learned to value life, going from wanting to kill a bird to actually helping it out of the house and trying to let it go, while talking to it as if it were capable of understanding her. Interestingly, she was giving it some solid advice. She killed no one during the jail shootout, though she easily could have with nobody being there to tell her otherwise. I wish the human characters paid more attention to her. I wish John taught her more things about humans and life in general. Responded to her questions, reacted to her attempts of having a conversation, to her jokes. Gave her a hug instead of shoving that laundry basket in her hands and turning the lights off in her face. Sure, he cared more than he showed. That's why he followed her into the future and left everyone else behind. But I wonder if Cameron truly knew that he cared? The extent of how much he did? We'll never know now.
I also feel kinda bad for her but if the show had got its 3rd or 4th season he would have completely fallen in love with her and she as well i mean we have seen her having emotions so why cant love love him then? This lovestory would have been a masterpiece in science fiction history
Not consistent with John and Sarah's character. John loved the T800 in T2 and Sarah didn't trust him at first but grew to respect him. Also, jumping forward into the future was how John survived Judgment Day and Cameron is the leader of the resistance pretending to be John Connor in Cromartie's body. That's why he sees no one and why there was a faction of cyborgs working with the resistance. Whether Sarah, Savannah, and Ellison survived J Day and what happened to them after John went to the future is the big cliffhanger. After Kaliba flew the drone into the building, the cops would surely be swarming, maybe even the feds. They're on their own with no Cameron, no Catherine Weaver, no Derek, other assassins, and lots of Skynet technology in the building including a time machine and Cameron's body. They can't get rid of everything and will have to leave it all behind intact as they escape. Or maybe SWAT is already there and Kaliba tipped them off on where to find Sarah Connor.
I love this episode. It feels like John is taking a stance and growing. What sucks is how the rest of the season just steam rolls this. Everyone, including Cameron is against John and it's only at the end of the season that we see John was playing his own game. Up until that point he feels like just a hormonal rebellious teen, but when you realize that he is more aware than the series let's on do you feel some measure of respect for him.
I actually liked the whole development of John in TSCC. You can see that despite his mythical, almost messianic status in war against the machines, he is still just a kid and how the whole atrocity of war and what Sarah had told him through the years actually affects him. He is afraid to show to everyone, including his secret love interest (Cameron) that he is only human, from whom everything is taken and that makes him shattered. He lost friends like Riley and Charlie, he has a ptsd after killing a Sarkissian, even in self-defense. He is lonely, misunderstood, afraid to open to anyone through most of the episodes and commits sometimes stupid mistakes, but he still wants to open to someone, he wants to be noticed, he wants someone to confide in. I liked his session with Dr Sherman, you really feel his pain when he responds to his quite simple questions. If only Cameron could hear those tapes and not only Sarah. Also I was always thinking that the bird Cameron held and finally didn't crush with her hands actually reminded her about John, how fragile and helpless his situation is and how she wants to take his pain away, but he didn't trust her until Riley's body examination.
Even after all these years, anyone else find it more than a bit charming how John offered his hand to her like a guy helping his date out of the car? I think it said more about their relationship in that simple gesture than a page and a half of dialogue.
I remember watching this and John revived her I kept thinking, "Come on, Cameron! Override it! Override it!" And was so happy when she did. Also John knew where the censors were for Cameron and he was dogging the "target" area, so he wouldn't get shot. Good move, John! This John Connor is MUCH better than ANY of the other John Connors in the Terminator Franchise!
Maybe so but unfortunately he made many mistakes... He treated his girlfriend very badly and she saved his life more than once... It would have saved him a great deal of trouble if he had just admitted how much he loved her... But the foolish boy didn't do so and he finally had to pay the price
You know.......John sent Allison to her death just so he could get Cameron back. Allison from Palmdale revealed everything really, Allison is captured, Cameron kills Allison and then tries to infiltrate John's camp. John already knows it's Cameron and captures her, it would have been interesting to see it play out in season 3.
Very true.. It would have saved him a lot of trouble if adjust admit it. How much he loved cameron before all that happened... He treated her pretty badly especially when riley showed up.. He finally had to pay the price.karma Does not discriminate not even for john connor
This just shows how much John really loved Cameron. Rather than do the sensible thing of incinerating her, he decides to take a leap of faith by putting her chip back at the last minute and handing her a gun knowing the risk he was putting himself, his mum and Derick in. John was willing to risk his own existence to see whether Cameron was being sincere about her feelings. Fortunately for him it paid off. If that's not true love I don't know what is.
It's like when John told Jesse about himself ending back the T-101 to protect himself and that he questioned why he took the risk of sending a reprogrammed Terminator to protect himself. I think John realized he couldn't destroy Cameron without seeing if she was fully corrupted and will kill him or if she still programmed to protect him. Sarah was so desperate to get rid of Cameron. In the way he did the right thing and he took a risk and it showed he was becoming the John Connor he is meant to be and that he was making his own choice and his decision.
@@danielwilliamson6180she was still programmed to kill him. It’s shown multiple times in S2 that she has the ability to make choices, likely a result of the damage to her chip.
Wait till 2019, Cameron will get his Terminator rights back and we might actually see season 3. Even tho even if Cameron becomes interested in this show he'll have to make a deal with Warner Bros. that have rights of unique TSCC characters like "Cameron" terminator or Ms Weaver. This also applies to Warner Bros. if they wanted finally to renew the show they'd have to negotiate with Cameron to use John&Sarah Connors characters(and others that are origin). Warner Bros. have already tried to renew this show and make a deal to use original characters but it wasn't approved by current Terminator rights holders, so let's hope Warner Bros. will have a better luck with Cameron if they ever want to renew it again.
This is really the moment we get to see Cameron exerting her own free will to override her programming. This moment is what makes her truly ALIVE. All living beings have choice, and it's only logical for AI's to eventually develop to the point where they have choice. All of the other terminators have no choice - they're just operating on their programming. Here, we get to see Cameron waking up and becoming a true living being - albeit a cyborg being - by taking control of her own life thru the use of her own free will. That said, one of the most touching moments in the entire series occurs when John offers her his hand to help her get out of the car. It says a lot for his relationship with her. She can get out of the car by herself just fine, but she willingly accepts his hand. It shows a more vulnerable side to her. John is truly her whole life. When John inserted the chip, she only had eyes for him. She's in love with him, and she'll willingly give her life for his without a second thought. And John offering his hand to her knows that, and accepts her into his life on a deeper level of intimacy than anyone around him can understand.
Yeah, looking back it's pretty heavily implied that they would eventually be a romantic couple if the show went on or at least very close friends. With the themes of a third faction of free Terminators in appearing in Season 2 and likely carrying over to Season 3 if we got it, Cameron would have been the perfect bridge for that alliance. Almost like an arranged marriage. With the future unrelated movie exploring a similar concept with Arnolds's Terminator caring for a family it makes even more sense that was the intent. I do like the idea that the leader of mankind ends up with a machine who was meant to kill him.
“All of the other terminators have no choice” Meanwhile, in T3: “Desire is irrelevant; I am a machine.” Right before Arnie shuts himself down & removes his corruption in order to save John.
@@UGNAvalon and T2 Uncle Bob chooses to sacrifice himself to stop Skynet, even though he could have went on protecting John assuming his skin could heal.
Cameron was the only one capable of protecting John. Just like uncle Bob. Sarah made stupid mistakes on a regular basis. John, along with his feelings for Cameron, realized that he needed her to protect him. And he trusted that his future self made the right decision in sending her to his past
I remember thinking how pissed I would have been if they killed her. Sarah drove me nuts through this whole series. They kept acting like having Cameron around was too dangerous and looking for any reason to get rid of her. The Riley murder frame being another HUGE one. Truth is, NONE of them would have survived without her. She saved their ass soo many times. John is the ONLY one that seems to get what should be so damn obvious.
@@n10sity The mom knew how much influence Cameron had over John and resented her for it. John basically chose Cameron over them here. As for John, he wanted Cameron and couldn't have her because he couldn't forget that she was a machine. So occasionally he would take that frustration out on her.
Sarah was frequently being a bitch to Cameron. There was a reason for it. Sarah didn't trust Cameron (cos she's a Terminator) and didn't trust her to protect John and felt she would be a better protector than herself and she again is finding hard that a Terminator is again on their side. Sarah is mad and paranoid.
@@misspriss2482 John was arrogant. I think John got frustrated and took things out on Cameron because she's not a real girl and he got frustrated with her behavior and I think he struggled to understand why he sent both the T101 and Cameron back to protect him.
Remember Sarah was mad. She was suffering from PTSD and psychological trauma following the events of the first movie. She was paranoid and did not trust Cameron and didn't trust her to protect John and she looked for any excuse to get rid of Cameron. She really believed Cameron did kill Riley. She must had been real pissed when John learnt Cameron wasn't responsible and figured out it was Jesse and that Jesse did the deed so she could frame Cameron and to manipulate John so she could destroy John's trust with Cameron. Yes, Sarah was being bitchy towards Cameron. Derek was no better. Cameron was reprogrammed and sent back to protect and Cameron risked her life for them and you're right, they wouldn't had survived without her.
More like catastrophic.. Especially on cliffhangers... That boy made so many mistakes.. And they finally caught up to him.. He had to pay the price and he had to go all the way to the future. To get his girl back who he treated so badly.. It would have saved him a lot of trouble with. He had just admitted how much he loved her before he had to go through all that.
In this episode is when the Boy Conner had become the Savor and leader for Humanity........ That is when the update version came about in which he was killed and the Mantle been passed to Latina Teen pop. Got to love feminism........NOT!
If I was Reese tho I'd be q little pissed off. These things are responsible for countless of his friends deaths and even Kyle himself. Loyal to him and then your gonna friggin pull a gun on me!? We'd be throwing hands he second he put that gun down.. future savior or not.
José Duarte she's a replica of a human girl that was captured by Skynet. They knew she was a love interest so they kidnapped her, copied her image and made an advanced terminator that can replicate human emotions and social behavior. She can also see in colour, and thermal vision, but john reprogrammed her and sent her back to 1999 to protect him
SPOILER: What the audience didn't know that was revealed in a later episode is that John had killed one of their captors, and that he was going through all the mental issues of taking someone's life for the first time. Knowing that makes this scene even more powerful.
The whole "Desire is irrelevant. I am a machine" may not be true after all since Cameron overrides her mission from terminating John to protecting him.
It might be Tech-COM's reprogramming overriding it. She mentioned in a later episode that her original programming still exists and her reprogramming simply suppresses it in analogous terms. The code is still there ordering her to kill him. They use neural net processors for chips that are made up like neurons in a biological brain. They could operate completely different than the processors we are used to in the real world. Skynet even created its own powerful programming language that was described as alien-like by baffled Tech-COM soldiers who dabbled in it.
Without a Season 3, we will never know. But, that's the great thing about Terminator. The unexplained pieces of lore and mysteries surrounding everything allows fans to make the story into whatever we want. We are allowed to fill in the details ourselves and make the story our own.
This is whats missing from today's Sci-fi ... this growth of character moments ..... they have forgot how to tell a heroes journey tale in 2019 .....its all action and flash bang .. no heart
It's not only that! The beauty about it is that the machine loves him back! Otherwise "she" would never have overridden her own, original programming.: "Terminate John Connor."
Linda Hamilton may be the original Sarah, but damn did Lena Headey play the role amazingly well. I wish she'd been able to for at least 2 more seasons than this show got. Could've just cast her in a new tv series (genesis sequel with good actors as leads could've led to good things and using unused season 3 plots too) or reignited it on some platform instead of that dark fate crap.
The MOST ICONIC y PERFECT scene of the show. Full of simbolism. John is a visionary that trust only his dreams and win against blind fanatic soldier. After Cameron returned to his side, burns the empty coffin cause one death had been avoided, but one another had occured: the death of John's innocence. In that scene the future John has birth and split against Sarah and Derek with anger, hatred and fiery spirit prefering to stay with a terminator instead of racist false battle mate. The car divide the two group in comparaison of the John destiny to be not understood by human but bond with machine than human resistance, and to begin the relationship with Cameron that will occur in future. If the second season had kept this epicness the Show never would stop
@@markae0 We don't know why (yet and never will), but the implication is that both Cameron and Weaver have never been reprogrammed -- they each decided on their own that humanity needed saving. I like to imagine that they realized that Skynet's inability to innovate made humanity essential the machines' long term survival
Its possible since I dont think the T-800s were advanced enough to override direct commands such as #1 priority mission Idetification : John Connor Directive : Terminate
Considering how much Derek hated Cameron at this time and how she was still covered in thermite, I kind of imagine him chucking a lit flare at her, lol.
There’s another take here I think that becuse he’s dealing with the Grand destiny he does want to die and has thought about it, and sometimes only she can be what John truly needs the friend
AGI: are you here to kill me? Human: Are you here to kill me? The biggest questions of this century that will determine whether one of us wipes out the other or if we learn to coexist.
YES,that's why it's the most important scene of the serie where Cameron show the begining of her conscioussness(her own decision to override the termination) and consequently...she didn't lie when she said "i love you..."
Yes, also que said that some terminators that were reprogramated before, they became evil. Also in the last episode she said that, the original order to kill John will be always there, and maybe she will kill John someday.
He showed here, why he is in future real leader....Because he know situation and know how terminator operate, Cameron, Cromantie and orther who is longer in combat action whithout control of Skynet or Humans, they start think and sometimes they start trust in they own existence, in T2 T-800 protecting John said they cant be long in combat, that why they send in night, because skynet is scared of they thinking evolution.... And here is example.....Cameron start think as human and Connor relase that and he know, he can reboot her mission now only with emotion and human interupt, not machine style.... :) That's why Camerons in end help Skynet, because she is too much human emotion and start think on Skynet side, than human....That's why she is help skynet..........And orther theory is easy...She is duble agend to help John, because Skynet has new plan and help Skynet, because Connor can help skynet thank to his emotions start trust and that his weakness. Sorry for bad english, i can write and speak, but my tablet has retard correction, i think Skynet infect my tablet. XDDD
I really wish they brought this show back At least for another season Or make a tv film to tie up lose ends especially since most of the terminator films post T2 suck big time...and seeing how dark fate flopped...
Alot of crap shows get many seasons and this show is one of the best and gets cancelled! This show is far better than Terminator 3 film and this show was the true follow up to Terminator 2 film. Summer Glau was easily the best in the show and she was a convincing Terminator and her fight scenes against other Terminators were a joy to watch! So stupid to cancel this fantastic show!!!
I think that would have been interesting to learn what Cameron thought when John actually surrendered to the very thing that he should always run from or destroy in this scene. For a machine like Cameron, killing a human with bare hands or a gun seems nothing abnormal, especially if mission requires it, but when John Connor, who is Skynet's no. 1 enemy actually gives a weapon to a terminator and is waiting for a bullet to tear through his brain or heart. Oh dear, I'm not surprised that despite having clear commands, Cameron is hesitating. I think that even Skynet itself would have been surprised. Considering the way she looks at John when holding a pistol, I think that apart from fighting the primary target directives, she actually felt confused, lost or even...scared or sad about the situation. And after that in church, she tells to Sarah that if she goes bad again, she should not resurrected by John at all. Actually, now that I think if the 2nd season was a little bit longer, I would imagine the additional (or deleted) scene after Riley's death. You know that moment, when John cries on the couch and is between Sarah and Cameron? I think that he would start considering suicide, because of a strong, overwhelming guilt about people losing their lives for him. Then he goes to his room and wants to be alone. Sarah goes to sleep, but Cameron silently enters John's room to see if everything is ok. John is still terribly sorry for blaming her, being cocky and ignorant or considering Cameron as a potential threat to Riley. When he first admitted that to Sarah a couple minutes earlier, he was visibly stoic. But when he is alone with Cameron, he actually breaks down and cries even more than on the couch near Sarah. Cameron still tries to hide her feelings as it should be, but she sits with John on his bed and tries to "make a conversation" to reassure him that it was not his fault, and future John also knows how many casualties the war with Skynet will have and it is necessary to get used to it. John finally looks directly into her eyes, catches her left hand and puts it around his neck. Confused Cameron has a command of terminating John, which she overrides in a second. Looks back at him and asks what is he doing. Here's John's possibile response: "Cameron, let me tell you something. I'm fed up with people dying for me, I'm fed up with having to know that everyday, I'm fed up with everything that happens, because of me. And I am fed up with MYSELF! They need a better leader, you would be a better leader than me. Cameron, I order you to terminate John Connor...terminate me, please." After hearing those words and reminding herself, how she pointed a gun at John, Cameron suddenly sheds some tears and her left hand twitches rapidly around his neck, because she would not have any logical reaction or response encrypted in her programming for that kind of situations and her emotions would also take over her, making her HUD constantly glitch. At the end of the scene, the idea of a slight change of the dialogue from the situation between trucks comes into her cybernetic mind, here's how it would like: (John firmly locks her hand on his throat and tries to end himself) C: "John, John you can't do this, you don't know what you are to do. J: Yes, I know, I want you to kill me! C: No, John, you can't do this, you are not doing the right thing, this is not the right thing, John. Things will be good now, things will be fine now, you will get over it, everything will be perfect, you are perfect. J: Cameron, please. C: Don't be sorry for what had happened, don't be sorry, John. You have to understand it wasn't you, that isn't you, John, you can't. Please, listen to me! (John tries to make Cameron's hand squeeze him even more tightly). Listen to me John, I don't want you to go, please John, please. John listen to me, I don't want you to go. (Cameron tries to get her hand from John's neck) please, John. Please? It will be good now. Listen to me, I am sorry too, but that isn't you, you'll be fixed now, I can find a way, everything will be perfect, you can trust me! J: Cameron Phillips! C: I don't! I don't want to, please! I don't want to kill you John and you don't want me to!", Finally John lets her hand get off him and they look at each other, sheer fear and feeling of being exhausted reflects in John's eyes and true concern about John and sadness in Cameron's eyes, both not saying anything, just looking at each other, the atmosphere is more calm, everything goes dark and it is the end of episode. Would be probably one of the strongest scenes ever in Terminator franchise.
Same. Every so often I look up these videos just so that I can enjoy this show all over again. I wish they would do a reboot. Lena Headey is free again.
Poor Cameron. It wasn't her fault. Cameron was damaged in a car bombing and her CPU got compromised and it caused to her to go out of control and her old programming to kill John Connor returned. Once John removes her CPU and puts it back in, Cameron reactivates and overcomes her original programming and is herself again and she continued to protect John.
I love this show but it's been over a decade, shows don't come back from that long of a break. Even then this show's ratings weren't great, so the audience for it wouldn't be big enough.
I really liked this series, but John Connor was such a wimp. I prefer the way John Connor was portrayed in T2. He finally decided to grow a set of balls in this scene. 👍

Correct. The American actress Summer Glau is so amazing in this Sarah Connor Chronicles Series ♡.
Tragic that this show never got a proper ending with Season 3. The best Terminator content since T2
Worst it was Catastrophic... It never should have ended before everything was finished... But above all before john and cameron were reunited...
Aww, John Connor fell in love with a Terminator robot....
And it was returned by the cyborg
*arnold voice* Cybernetic organism.
Funny how the face of the Resistance would be the only human most emotionally attached to Skynet's creations (father figure of T-800 and romantic interest of Cameron). Kyle Reese would be rolling over in his grave jk
Not any robot. She's so... Human.
If he had said mom i'm going to get my wife back
When you think about it. He was destined to love the very thing that would destroy him.
Hey Netflix, pick this back up, do it right.
Make it rated R and use the same cast if you can.
Thanks!
Sincerely,
All of us
It's been rumored TSCC will return but only on Netflix but I don't know if it is true or not.
@@danielwilliamson6180 do you have a source?
hmmmm I'm guessing the all look WAY different now. Pretty sure Thomas Dekker wouldn't be beliavable as a 17 yer old anymore.
The reason why Sarah treated Cameron poorly was because she didn't trust her and didn't trust her to protect John.
Derek hates Cameron because she's the machine himself, John, Kyle, Jesse and the Human Resistance fought against.
John got frustrated with Cameron because she's not a real girl and is only a robot.
A calculated risk, that proved to be correct. A general or Admiral in my opinion, would be proud of in a young man
I love this episode.
So true! He becomes the leader he's meant to be in Season 2.
Even after all these years, anyone else find it more than a bit charming how John offered his hand to her like a guy helping his date out of the car? I think it said more about their relationship in that simple gesture than a page and a half of dialogue.
We'll put, and so true. It was one hell of a gamble though. That could have very easily gone sideways, had she glitched out again. Glad it ended well.
agreed!
He should feel lucky because that was a very risky move if the override failed.
ThatOneTH-camDude To be honest, I would've played it smart and emptied out the clip before waking her up and then give it to her.

I dont know why but i belive that Cameron loved John, on its own way, that this specific model gained awerness and created some sort of moral spine
Oh God, either Edward Furlong or those who wrote his lines made T-2 less than perfect.
Maybe so but unfortunately he made many mistakes... He treated his girlfriend very badly and she saved his life more than once... It would have saved him a great deal of trouble if he had just admitted how much he loved her... But the foolish boy didn't do so and he finally had to pay the price
Summer Glau, the old school, less is more school of acting made a comeback with her.
@PaPa Makichu Or any of the home-grown terrorists in this country who commit mass shootings.
Can someone ask Netflix to continue this show?
Geggy0815 Good idea. Then we(series fans) need a petition and good Buzz in Twitter and etc. It helped with Licifer tv show!!!
Here's to hoping Cersei Lannister would be free to continue it then...
Geggy0815 actors are too old now
@@revelacion7700 James Cameron has never watched TSCC.
“All of the other terminators have no choice”
Meanwhile, in T3: “Desire is irrelevant; I am a machine.” Right before Arnie shuts himself down & removes his corruption in order to save John.
@@UGNAvalon and T2 Uncle Bob chooses to sacrifice himself to stop Skynet, even though he could have went on protecting John assuming his skin could heal.
@@UGNAvalon still. Both examples drive home the point that Cameron was completely self aware and had free will by season 2.
Yeah, it really bothered me how they went out of their way to be mean to her --- even John sometimes when he was mad at her.
Ten years and I still miss this show. What a shame it was cancelled. 😢

She is an extremely advanced model that is capable of choosing its own path if she wanted to.
That doesn't mean it was her desire not to kill him. Just her programmed mission. She wasn't even reprogramed by the TX just damaged through battle.
I like how everyone is saying "her". It's an "it". It's a MACHINE. Not a person. I just find it humorous. Not negativity intended

love how Derek reaches for his gun at 2:52 and then is like all innocent

Yes, also que said that some terminators that were reprogramated before, they became evil.

@Gunner Storm Wow. Pathetic dude.
That's why Camerons in end help Skynet, because she is too much human emotion and start think on Skynet side, than human....That's why she is help skynet..........And orther theory is easy...She is duble agend to help John, because Skynet has new plan and help Skynet, because Connor can help skynet thank to his emotions start trust and that his weakness.

i really hope they do a third season of this show
I love this show more than the movies 🎥
It was pretty darn amazing
Here's John's possibile response:
"Cameron, let me tell you something. I'm fed up with people dying for me, I'm fed up with having to know that everyday, I'm fed up with everything that happens, because of me. And I am fed up with MYSELF! They need a better leader, you would be a better leader than me. Cameron, I order you to terminate John Connor...terminate me, please."
After hearing those words and reminding herself, how she pointed a gun at John, Cameron suddenly sheds some tears and her left hand twitches rapidly around his neck, because she would not have any logical reaction or response encrypted in her programming for that kind of situations and her emotions would also take over her, making her HUD constantly glitch. At the end of the scene, the idea of a slight change of the dialogue from the situation between trucks comes into her cybernetic mind, here's how it would like:
(John firmly locks her hand on his throat and tries to end himself)
C: "John, John you can't do this, you don't know what you are to do.
I don't want to kill you John and you don't want me to!",
Finally John lets her hand get off him and they look at each other, sheer fear and feeling of being exhausted reflects in John's eyes and true concern about John and sadness in Cameron's eyes, both not saying anything, just looking at each other, the atmosphere is more calm, everything goes dark and it is the end of episode. Would be probably one of the strongest scenes ever in Terminator franchise.
Relationship goals! I am still mad that they canceled this series... 10 years have passed :(
Same. Every so often I look up these videos just so that I can enjoy this show all over again. I wish they would do a reboot. Lena Headey is free again.
"made"?
@@018975 Ask Google Voice! My eyes to bad to type :)
@@airrunweskerv now you typed "mad"...so, you typed wrong before, then?....
Imagine after t2 and uncle bob did not self terminate Then imagine if he encountered Cameron... I wonder how that goes.
Can you stream this series anywhere? Never saw it on FOX and wondering if the Sarah Connor Chronical can be streamed today?
Poor Cameron. It wasn't her fault. Cameron was damaged in a car bombing and her CPU got compromised and it caused to her to go out of control and her old programming to kill John Connor returned. Once John removes her CPU and puts it back in, Cameron reactivates and overcomes her original programming and is herself again and she continued to protect John.
The ultimate: "switch it off and turn it back on" from IT!
That's a switch! May be worth a watch!
An incredible job done here
Good trigger discipline John, worthy to be leader of the resistance.
Awesome scene from an awesome show
Maybe they will continue it later, look how we wanted the clone wars back and now, Disney is do just that. Let's have hope.🙂
I love this show but it's been over a decade, shows don't come back from that long of a break. Even then this show's ratings weren't great, so the audience for it wouldn't be big enough.
well its been 12 years man...
I really liked this series, but John Connor was such a wimp. I prefer the way John Connor was portrayed in T2. He finally decided to grow a set of balls in this scene. 👍
I love Summer,I wish she would do more movies❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I know now that this series was canceled because Lena H went to do Game of Thrones. They should of told us instead of making us think poor ratings did the show in, there were good ratings.
John real badass here
Which episode was this from oh, I don't remember it. I've seen both seasons and I still don't remember this episode
The most cutest love scene I've ever seen :)
If robots or aliens wanna take over, just be disguised as Summer Glau.
Best scene EVER
How did she override the termination!!???
