The mistake to play around here is to identify that the Armor trial is too dangerous. I think you can construct a starter where you lose even if you skip the trial, however!

Well. He did say in a previous video that he doesn't receive the normal body signals, so I don't think that adivice would work. But yes, 3 liters of water daily is a lot of water. I drink a lot of water, always have a bottle next to me. And I don't reach that, unless it is a particularly hot day.
Anyone who tells ya an "average" amount of anything related to diet is lieing or worse, don't what their talkin about. Period. The Average h2o needs of a person varies GREATLY on their own body and how much activity they do. Someone who does physical activity all day needs FAR MORE than someone who works a desk job and is mostly sedentary. You will be surprised at just HOW LITTLE water your body DOES need if your not very active throughout the day. I wouldn't trust jack from ANYONE unless it's a personal physician who's familiar with what YOUR body needs and isn't just a general physician you see once a decade if you get sick.
sry about the metric or imperial system, but i only know the metric one. in metric a normal human should drink about 2-2,5 Liters a day, But once I heard you drink only a quarter of it (around 0.5-0,7 Liters) i really was shocked, specialty i drunk the same amount every day back in my school days. Of Course as a child or teenager you need a little bit less, but just a half liter was still bad. Once i grew up, I had some bad problems about the body funtioning and some side effects like drowsiness or headaches. It took some doctor appointments and few months to regulate it to drink a normal amount for myself. And it helped my life and body in this case. From that point on I had a personal rule. No matter where i go. Always have a full bottle in my backpack. Even if you leave your house for just an our. Fun Fact. Yeh the water thing is tough I will generally drink maybe 1 cup a day. I usually just drink energy drinks and soft drink 😅
