Okay out of blocks, I still 8 step switching the starting leg is hard after 6 years
Arlo Garner For 8 to 7 Step, you don’t change your lead leg. You change which leg is in front in the blocks so you can maintain the same lead/trail legs

any tips on trail legs? im pretty decent with my left trail leg just my right is where i open up my hips wide whenever i try to hurdle
Well for starters you should only have one trail leg

What is the distance between the hurdles at 1,067m?
9.14 metres
9,14 metres (30 feet) is the race distance. However, on this video, hurdles are places aproximately 1 foot closer together, you can notice that they are not placed at the race marks, but they are placed before the race marks. This is what hurdlers do when training, we normally never place hurdles at race distance while training.
