In fact, my best time as a young runner was 41 to 25 years ago. But the training methods are so much more advanced now. I enjoy being the coach nowadays 👍

No
👍 Instead of kicking the fence, pull back the foot.

In my opinion, reaching to the lead leg creates a long, heavy lever that can cause twisting at the waist after the hurdle
Hi Im a 55m hurdler, what do you do about pain in legs cashed by hurdling?
Sounds like you are doing too many full speed reps. Let your body rest and heal, then lower your dosage.
you get the proper nutrition. duh!!!!
