    This recipe for veal tenderloin, topped with a wonderful tuna sauce based on mayonnaise with capers.
    Thin slices of meat tenderloin with a thick sauce with canned tuna and anchovy. Ideal for dinner. Quick and easy Italian dinner. Great idea for your meal. Perfect with red dry wine!

    Ingredients:
    600 g beef tenderloin
    1 can of fish tuna In Own Juice (160g)
    8 pieces of anchovy fillets in oil
    2 yolks
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    130 ml of vegetable oil (sunflower or grape, the taste of olive oil is too intense for this sauce)
    1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
    2-3 tbsp of cream 20-25%
    pinch of espelette pepper (or chili or black pepper)
    1 tbsp capers
    Parsley
    Green onions

    yes, maybe its not the original recipe, and yes, its looks like roastbeef, but I don't understand how it's possible to boil a tenderloin? this is barbarism! it looks very juicy! great job!

    I don’t understand how hard can it be for non Italian people to make this dish: literally the name of the meat is in the dish itself (VITELLO) and yet you use beef tenderloin. I saw cream, balsamic and espellete pepper that have nothing to do with the sauce… should have called it Roastbeef at this point….

      Hey! I cook with baked tenderloin. A more common option is boiled meat. You can boil meat and let cool in the broth. And make the sauce according to my recipe. Because he's perfect)

      @@AlenaBogdanovaWhy are you calling this “Vitello Tonato”? Shouldn’t it be called “Manzo Tonato” since you specified beef? Why didn’t you use veal? Why didn’t you explain this to your audience? Are you a real cook or just a “content creator”?
