Yes exactly. I sit on my table around 12-13 hours but I can tell, only 9-10 hours of Focused study happens.

@@vikkynaik6183it's up to you...If you don't get bored you can continue on for 9-10 hours a day with little breaks in between....
But if u get bored of studying one particular subject,,,,then you can practice csat/quiz test/English/reading newspaper/ watching current events early in the morning or at evening with 2-3 hours a day...

6.30am- Wake up..
6.35am - 7.35am- Exercises,meditations..
7.40am-8.30am- Breakfast prepare+ eat
8.45am-10.45am- Study
10.45am- 11.00am- Sun Bath(Body exposure for vit D)😅
11.00am-12.15pm- Study
12.15pm-1.30pm- Bath, Lunch prepare +eat..
1.30pm- 4.45pm- Study
5 pm- 6.15pm- Gym
6.45pm-8.30pm- Dinner prep+eat
8.30pm-11.30pm- Study.
11.30pm - 12.00am- Sleep

How can a working individual manage it for 8-9 hrs ?
You can't. You can study less, 5-6 hours for longer time.
Otherwise, you can join some institution that provides you current notes etc, it'll save your time of making notes and studying papers thoroughly, you can just read notes + see some news, that's all.

If one has nothing else to do 9 hrs is easy. 3-3 ghante ke 3 shift plus 1 hr paper pdh lo it's easy. Being consistent and doing this daily for over a year is where people fail.
