Finwick Elite is my favorite rod. Got it paired with a Shimano Bantam. Good video and glad to see I’m not the only one with 6-8 different brands on deck!
I love kayak fishing. But, I'm also a bass boat owner. Most of my rods are atleast 7ft and I have tons of them. I've always used my seven footers on my yak. Even for fast river smallies. I never got into yak length specialty rods. The only problem is, it can be tricky netting fish close to yak with the longer rods. 😂
Yep exactly! I dont have many specific kayak rods really. I still use up to a 7'11 swimbait rod, it all just depends on how people like to fish out of their kayak! If anything I choose a shorter but length on a rod over anything.
@TM_Outdoorz still to this day I have never tried big swimbaits, glide baits. My next adventure. But you gotta cut me some slack I'm 58 years old. Lol.
Love those Veritas rods
They are pretty good!
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
