I've looked at a lot of Centaurs online, and that one is the cleanest, nicest one I have seen. Looks like the previous owner did a great job of keeping it clean.

Been enjoying the videos immensely both of the PC and on the big screen TV. Its a nice clean sorted boat, hopefully mine will look similar once I've tarted it up a bit. Subscribed on your website now too, put enough in the kitty for a hot water bottle lol

nice boat, I have always wonderd about the moter hatch being water tight, sink in the head looks like it slides out, great idea. thumbs up!
+Tom Hall The hatch locks down against a rubber strip - so I assume that the water will clear through the cockpit drains long before it floods the engine compartment

not a fan of in mast reefing but we shall see
loverly boat, no the water wont go in engine hatch. been swamped and had no problem, the rubber seal worked well, love my boat and have loads of fun, as you will too, see you in the thames one day

+Lo Kee I looked at adverts for scores of them. I looked at five in the flesh and this was the fifth. She should do me very nicely - as long as I do not have to spend too much time with a spanner in my hand then I will be happy

oh, I am so sorry to hear that. I am still trying to catch up in the series, saw that you bought one, then jumped to the selling vid and thought the selling one was the previous Centaur... I just now realize I was very wrong. Hope you have the trailer sailer in the Garden...
it is here, but it has no outboard and is on a broken trailer so I have to sell this centaur to replace the stolen engine. The trailer sailer is not a great boat for filming in the winter time in scotlkand. The cenatur was for that job. Selling it is a bit of setback.

I somehow thought this video meant you had SOLD the boat....seems as if we are two countries divided by a common language :) when we first visited Wilts, the kids locally wanted our 2 kids to constantly speak :) that amused all. when the new decimal system came in, I would translate into the pounds/shillings/pence system and my friends did the same :)
I bought the boat last September with the intention of sailing her in
scotland for four years. I got up there and ran out of money so I have
sold her and have stopped making the films until youtubers start
clicking

+KeepTurningLeft I know you're a Centaur fan, ("lusted after one for years" if I recall correctly) I instructed 2 day skippers in Falmouth week before last, and she looked after us really well. I think you were excited, can tell by your quotes, " I love a spinnaker me!" and I love an origo" " I love your accent by the way". Pure gold

So why Lily M and not Harmony? was Harmony's keel that badly attached?
+Julian Cable J, I got Harmony for £1 on the understanding that I would knock her into shape and then sell her after one year - half the proceeds went to Gordon. I knew we would be okay this summer in the little boat - but we have four years in western scotland - and we did love Harmony
