    This is a great brief to get anyone to reach in their think tank to identify a productivity and rapid resolution in a divorce process. The question that I have is, prior and during the mediation does each lawyer have access to both spouses complete banking accounts? My reasoning in asking, is one spouse refuse to disclose any employment information and salary throughout the marriage. I did question this from my lawyer but most lawyers in this area is looking for an easy button instead of a challenge that require some elbow grease. I was told , well you know who you married and you stayed in the marriage therefore if your spouse did disclose that information that was your problem throughout the marriage. So how could there be an equal balance/settlement if one doesn't disclose all financial information if one party hide money under the child or friend name? Another challenge is, that one spouse had planned the divorce for months to years waiting for a time when one spouse have a six figure salary and when the that spouse with a six figure salary made a decision to stop working within a couple months. The spouse then chose to file for divorce with the hope they would be awarded alimony so that spouse could continue working to fund their extravaganzas.

    Family court is business. Didn't go like she said at all. Yes, they have a cup tea with all atterneys and Jurge before the court date. Lol. Corrupted! They don't like strong women , but they are not doing half of the thinks we do for our children. Corrupted and have nothing to do about child well-being many cases. They all know each other in the court and playing games with your child ! Sorry but didn't go like this 😂

    That did go hiw uou telling right now but im sure thats the way they suppose to do it. The father never had any communication with my child no matte we didn't moved over 9 years. He opened the custody case 4 years later he got 2 times a week for 5h supervise visits by jis 18 years old daughter who has not seen my child only twice with his father. When i required Proffesional supervise visitation the Jurge denied like everything else i requested . He will have supervise visitation by his 18 years old daughter who he also took the court abd got full custody of her when i was with him saying that she was living with him. That was a lie and when he wan her case that's why he trying niw take custody of my son nomatter he never been in his life. How he can get twice a week 5h visition with a child he dined last 9 years since he was born . The court system is abusing our children and thats business for them. Now she gave temporary order that she can give him custody . They are doing that he doesn't need pai the money he owns because we filed violation support order for the last 4 years. He knows how to law . The Jurges knows that he didn't show up the child support violation hearing for two years but came to custody to play victim. Omg. The system is corrupted. My son was crying when he heard the news. And you think the Jurge or any one in the room cares about your child , you ste wrong! They are more criminals !

  • @macy9404
    @macy9404 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Lol. Our case lasted 4 years and the Jurge gave the father who hasn't been in my son life 9 years since he was born 6h twice a week first month supervised visit by his 18 years old daughter. . The hearing was ready set by the all attorney's and Jurge when i came to court Room. She only asked the visitation dates and place for pick up and drop off Nothing else. And i open violence childsupport order and he didn't came to that hearing before the court put a warrant for his rest, but they make him a victim. The Jurge everyone knows each other and i believe thry ready haf meeting before i came to courtroom because she only gave the order and the hearing last only 30 min. Didn't went how you are saying. People have different l aws and the courts are corrupt. How you give 3 visition a week for 5h when he never went to the doctor office, school or any were and the child told that she dosn't want see him.. she favorite the father over my son. The court system corrected! The attorneys are corrupted i more wearst that Russia !

    There’s a lot of things here that are discussed that if there is an order like that, it is unconstitutional because it’s not about what the judges says, it’s about what the law says regardless if the parties aren’t in agreement

    Parents & Kids have no idea if or what family training, goals, Family values, family lawyers have.... & it all costs far too much money, for most families. Many family lawyers have bad family values & no family experience, or no competence in family matters. The Kids & Family Goal... & the role of any Family Court staff...have to be Family focused for Child & Family - not divorce or Feminist focused. Both 1960''s & 1990's were Divorce & Feminist focused. And many bad & destructive family ways family lawyers brought in. Kids & Family have to be focus & plan until 18yo.... More.

    You know I find it hilarious you became a mediator considering when you was the judge in my divorce you denied my request for mediation and even settled my divorce when I hadn't made it to court yet!!!!! I called made the court aware my son had gotten sick and vomited on himself and I was returning home to clean him up and would be late. You then said I had 30min to get there. We had 2 days scheduled for court and you finished it with only wife's testimony and never heard anything from me. Then after hearing her lies you placed me on supervised visits I had to pay 700 per 2 4hr visits 1,3 and 5 weekend every month that my ex hasn't shown up for in almost 3 years not to mention she's not followed 1 thing the court ordered her to follow and all of this was done with your decision making. You've ruined everything when it's come to WHAT TEXAS COURTS CALL BEST INTREST OF THE CHILDREN!!!!! YOU DONT HAVE A CLUE AS HOW AND WHAT TO DO WHEN IT COMES TO THE BEST INTREST OF THE KIDS NOR DO YOU CARE..... YOU DIDNT HEAR ANY TESTIMONY ABOUT THE OTHER SIDES MENTAL ILLNESS THAT WHEN MARRIED WAS BEING TREATED BUT SEPERATED AND POST DICORCE SHE LIED AND SAID WAS MISDIAGNOSED BUT CONSIDERING CHEATING WITH OUR DAUGHTERS BF AND ASKING HER TO SWAP STORIES IS SIGNS OF A NOT MENTALLY STABLE PERSON THAT YOUVE LEFT IN CHARGE OF MY KIDS AND TOOK THE ONLY THING THATS KEPT THEM SAFE AND PLACED THEM IN THE HANDS OF SOMEONE THAT COULD HARM THEM IN FACT HER DECISION MAKING HAS GOTTEN THEM HURT LEFT IN BAD SITUATIONS NEGLECT AND ALLOWED GER TO ALIENATE ME FROM MY KIDS AND ALLOWED HER TO ABUSE THE KIDS MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE AND KEEP US APART SHES EVEN DOING THE SAME THING WITH THE OLDER KIDS SEPERATING THE DAD FROM THE OLDER KIDS BY SAYING WELL IF YOURE AROUND YOUR DAD THEN YOU CANT SEE YOUR BROTHER AND SISTER AND IM NOT GOING TO BE AT YOUR BIRTHDAY IF HES THERE AND IM NOT GOINF TO YOUR WEDDING IF YOUR DAD IS THERE. SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO USE HER AS A MEDIATOR BE PREPARED FOR NOTHING GOOD AS SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE KIDS BUT ONLY HER GOD MONEY!!!!! I RECOMMEND RUN AWAY FROM HER

    Thousands of dollars in transcripts alone!? Is family court for Families or is family court about exploiting families? What is appeal in the context of ex parte when the judge silenced one side and required no exhibits of the petitioner? I can't even begin to describe the injustices that occurred in my case. The absent unsupporting father perjured to obtain an ex parte. He was a stranger to my daughter and attempted to abduct her while we were in vacation in his jurisdiction. A restraining order prevented us from returning to our homestate. It's been abuse ever since. I expect the litigation abuse to continue until I terminate parental rights. He has never supported the child but his father has two lawyers fighting me. The judge gave him everything he could have wanted, including entrapment me in crimes against the court. Abusers go for litigation so the victim compromises when they should have never had to. The judges are corrupt. Your repeat clients are evidence of that. Judges aren't making mistakes. They know what they're doing and don't care. If they don't follow the law, why should we?

    We have two beautiful children, a house with a picket fence, and a kitten. One day, she kissed me goodbye and went to her sisters for a long weekend. The two of them wrote an order of protection to get me booted, then she filed for divorce. Never saw it coming. We've lost all of our savings, we're not happy with the kids, we lost our business, and now we're about to lose our home. NEVER underestimate the power of a woman to destroy your life.

    If there is already an attorney involved, why pay even more for a mediator? Opposing counsel is perfectly capable of sending me a settlement offer, and I am capable of accepting or rejecting it. But my problem, or concern, is that her lawyer is licking his chops so that he can feed his own children's college savings accounts.

    Men, know this - family courts objective is to keep the mother and children in the house, while you pay her alimony and child suppprt. You have no real bargaining power in the divorce. The courts will never give the man custody and the house. How many woman and children are homless and the father living in the house? Zero..... how many men lost everything ? Millions of men became homeless. Understand what a divorce is....... its not splitting assests. Its setting her up financially without you committing suicide.

    What would make a judge order an evaluation?? Would it be behavior they see in court, the spouse’s testimony/asking the court to do it? Or a little of all of these?

    • @HargraveFamilyLaw
      @HargraveFamilyLaw 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s a great question! Generally, the court can order an evaluation when custody is at issue - the parents are asking the court to decide where the children will live primarily, how significant decisions will be made (education, invasive medical, therapy), and/or the possession schedule the parents will have. Mediation is the only way. The whole court system in corrupt! I am a retired Law Enforcement and was a bailiff in San Diego Superior Court and I witnessed it first hand. Then I was a Victim of it and lost a million dollar free and clear estate, and half of a disability retirement. I then sued the California Superior Court in Federal Court for violation of civil rights, R.I.C.O. racketeering, conspiracy etc. Federal Court Stated," No matter how excessive of jurisdiction, how malicious, how corrupt, they are immune". I then took it the Ninth District and on to the United States Supreme Court. They denied my writ and up held the Low Courts. You can read the original on www.johnnypumphandle.com/cc/ricottas.htm. and goggle and it's a U.S. president case 29 pages in Federal Law books. With no money it took 10 years I wrote myself. My best work is the conclusion. "There will be ANARCHY". Thomas Ricotta

    As a concerned viewer, it's increasingly disconcerting to witness Dr. Aaron Robb's content. His videos are not only alarmingly misleading but also showcase an almost theatrical portrayal of psychiatry, detracting from the genuine empathy, understanding, and clinical expertise that the profession demands. While Dr. Robb displays charisma and superficial knowledge, these traits appear to mask a concerning underlying motive. His approach, favoring prolonged, unnecessary therapeutic programs, raises a red flag, hinting at a potential financial motive rather than patient welfare. Furthermore, his targeted content towards women, when juxtaposed with his other practices, seems less about catering to a demographic and more about exploiting vulnerabilities. This method not only undermines the trust between a psychiatrist and patient but is ethically questionable. Lastly, it's disconcerting to hear rumors about potential HIPPA violations within a network of psychiatrists, with Dr. Robb allegedly at its center. Sharing confidential patient information is not only illegal but betrays the fundamental principle of patient-doctor confidentiality, damaging the reputation of mental health professionals as a whole. In the field of mental health, authenticity, compassion, and adherence to ethical standards are paramount. Unfortunately, Dr. Robb's content seems to deviate significantly from these principles, making it essential for viewers to exercise caution and seek help from fully transparent, ethical mental health professionals.

      If they’ll actually go. Mine refused and I’m sure it’s because he doesn’t want a witness present to see what he’s trying to do.

      Yes they go because they need to show his image of “ perfection “ and they have room to try to manipulate you and play with your emotions.

    1:59 Recording someone in private. Texas is a one party consent state. Meaning, it is possible to record someone without their knowledge even in private settings. Correct? Illinois is a two party consent state. Both parties must know recording is taking place. It is a felony to record someone without their permission in the privacy of their own home. For example: A husband blocks his mother in law's phone number to keep her from calling his house, because she called his house every day at random times for 20 years, on his landline phone that rang out loud. The mother in law becomes enraged and takes out her rage on her daughter, the husband's wife. Wife stops having sex with husband. One day, husband gets mad. Mother in law learns that the husband got mad, and goads her daughter into making him mad and recording it. Wife makes many recordings, files for an order of protection and divorce, and in her OP narrative, writes, "I have video". Felony.
