It really does! 🌾 There’s something soothing about seeing the careful, deliberate work that goes into farming. It can be quite fulfilling to be part of the process. Have you ever tried your hand at farming or gardening, or is it something you’d like to explore?
This video is fascinating, providing a detailed look at the modern process of harvesting and processing carrots in a food factory. Do modern processing methods diminish the natural nutritional value of carrots compared to using fresh, unprocessed ones?

Do you think you’d prefer to grow carrots at home, or do you enjoy watching the advanced tech in action?

If we did not have such machines in our food industry prices of everything would be a great deal more costly than what it is already. I'm impressed by the machines people make to process different foods. Now this video makes me want to cook some more carrots & potatoes this weekend. Shalom
It’s awesome to see how carrots go from the farm to the factory! The whole process is really well-organized, and the technology makes everything look so easy.
It’s a bad translation. If you look at the equipment used, tractors, and I was able to zoom in on a box - this plant appears to be in Portugal. I’m assuming the translation for “preservative” and prob a little anti-microbial solution (aka chlorine) ended up in a poor translation. Just like the pronunciation “polithene” they kept using.

great video! really loved the detailed process you showed. but i can't help but wonder if the emphasis on large-scale production might be overshadowing the importance of local farms. isn’t there something special about carrots grown in smaller, organic settings that we might miss out on?
This goes must faster than back in the sixties when I had to dig them out of the ground by hand when I was a teenager. Back breaking work. However, it had one lifelong benefit for me: it cured me of nail-biting. 🤔🤔🤔

This is a really interesting movie that shows you how a contemporary food factory harvests and processes carrots. Is utilizing fresh, unprocessed carrots more nutritious than using those that have undergone contemporary processing?
Liked this video a lot until they started saying the already cleaned carrots with unspecified chemicals or as they cutely describe it 'medicines'!! Come on, own up, what are you actually talking about??
Carrots are harvested using automated machines that lift them from the soil and remove excess dirt. They are then transported to a processing facility where they are washed, peeled, and sorted. Finally, the carrots are packaged and stored under controlled conditions to maintain freshness before being shipped to markets.
