UG takes a potshot at JK with regard to controlling or eliminating anger, jealousy, hate etc by saying that it cannot be done by observing it to prevent manifestation of thoughts of anger etc because they are living things (biological reactions). I think he is wrong. Thoughts (from preconditioning) generate hate, anger etc that result in strong biological reactions (whether something comes slightly ahead or not) that is sustained for hours or days through a loop of wasteful thoughts. Such vicious loop of wasteful thoughts can be dissolved or minimized by having an insight about why and how such thoughts arise. When we have such insights, we stop having such hateful thoughts. It works. UG just wants to oppose JK at every level......rather meaningless act indeed.

I always watch U.G. to slap me back to earth when I get to invested in thought or any specific model derived from thought. All false and erroneous.
This sounds like UG is an escape. The escape cannot help you. Ug is the answer that you think is the answer... and that answer has not and cannot help you. It hasn't helped and neither will. Fuck ug.
