I’m on my second playthrough and have never bothered with the crossbow. I tried to go around and beat the small enemies with the knife, but it was time consuming and difficult once the shield guys came out. After watching this, I’m going to give the crossbow a try.
Nice man! Clever use of the crossbow. I just got frustrated with them and had extra magnum ammo so I strafed around both of them and 2 shot their weak-point and no more enemies spawned. So no shield guys or any others to fight. I didn’t realize there was a bell until later lol. In future playthroughs I will use bell right away and kill them both with magnum even faster.
Yeah, thanks for mentioning your strats for others to see! I see a lot of people approaching this level differently. I wanted to kill all the enemies to get more pesetas/resources, thats why I went to this strats.
@@Slash_Moves Yeah I noticed that’s smart to farm them. I had a lot of ammo and gold already and a fully upgraded Red9 so I just wanted it over. Tired of being turned into swiss cheese!
I found myself extremely low on ammo and nearly gave up but had a good run where i consistently ran in a cirlce until most of the enemies were killed. Then picked my spots carefully until i slowly killed the 2 garrador. Use the bell and then throw your grenades when they're close by each other as well.
From the looks of it, you have 3 chances to make noises before they break free from their chain leash. You can count it from that first nade throw, 2 mine throwers then the rifle shot.

I used the same tactics on ganados. You threw grenade a little to early - coud've destroyed both shields with it. I also used flashbang to destroy parasites. For garradors it is much easier to use mines when they at the bell. 4 or 5 was enough for me on hardcore (plus they cut each other fiercely) without putting Leon in any danger
I used the rifle to take out the weaker enemies, stacked 4 mines in the stairs which atracts both Garradors. After they exploded themselves stepping on it, I used 2 heavy grenades and shot the parasite in their backs using the rifle and that was it.
After watching a lot of guides and playthroughs i settled on my personal strategy that doesnt involve having to have a specific loadout. Just craft 4-5 heavy grenades and toss them all the second both garadors are near eachother. the ganado spawns stop instantly when the garradors die.
Yeah true. But every run are different from others. They don’t have the same resource. They might have exhausted some of them and won’t be able to craft 4-5 heavy nades.
@@nickywan123 its about the challenge or for the people who got to this area for the first time. People first time might have limited resources or having a hard time completing the area.
I completely brute forced this part first try when I got here LOL. I just threw grenades at the 2 garradors when they next to eachother, and while they were down / stunned I absolutely UNLOADED into their weak spot with the striker! Not using the bells at all 😂
I legit just ran around while the Garradors killed the enemies that were chasing me. If they were in a group I’d throw a grenade once in a while if I had any. Then I just blasted them in the back with my shotgun. 😂
The fastest strat that I have seen is to quickly kill the cultists by the stairs in the beginning with rifle, shoot the bell on the upper level through the railing from the lower floor. Run up the stairs in the cooridor on the right, and kill both Garadors with 2 heavy grenades + flash + 1 more grenade. Once they are dead, stops the spawning of more cultists and walk out after looting. Easy peasy.
Do the cultist ganados eventually stop spawning in? I wasn't sure if they would keep trickling into the fight or not, so I spent a lot of time in this room trying to manoever to kill the Garradors so I could get out of here with the least amount of resources used.
I'm a bit of a freak cuz I LOVE this room on any difficulty, and really don't ever have a problem with it. My strat is to agro the garradors and have them come and SHRED all the zealots who are trying to attack me. Then, when they are the only two enemies left, I deal with them. It's a blast ^_^
I just shot the first enemies and then waited for the big guys, once they were together I threw a big grenade and shot each once with broken butterfly (without damage upgrade) on the back and they died. Took like less than 1 minute
So far, so good. I killed the flunkies first by heavy gunfire, then I used the bolt thrower with the explosive projectiles. They can‘t trace you becouse every shot is silent and when you hit them in the back, they going to hurt themselves.
I used it because I like the design and use less space. It has the highest damage among rifle after buying the exclusive upgrade. At this stage Stingray will do the same or better because of its fire rate.

Thanks for this strat, man. This helped me get by on my Professional all quests and treasure run which had me constantly low on ammo and heals.
That’s just professional in general bro 5 hours stuck on the cabin fight with 14 handgun ammo to my name now I’m stuck on these two
Using the CQBR makes this an easy fight…

Positioning is key, glad you passed the level!
Me too, stuck on it for 3 days😅
2:26 No way, how did they not wake up from that? I've done this too, close to the entrance door and shot once my handgun and they break free.

Nice tactic, people who are struggling should watch this
bro its so hard
No it isn’t. Dude didn’t play it right
It’s what? 💀💀💀
Can't hear the cultist that smacked by leon nearby, but can hear a gunshot from a distance. Garrador logic
Beautiful bolt and knife work, that was art
Unreal work bro! Keep posting these RE$ vids as its get you the attention you desrve mate!
Hey man! Thanks for the support bro! Will do make more!
Nice strat. Might have to go back to the merchant to buy the bolt gun. This part is hell for me
Yeah, I read the memo about the bolt gun in the game and the sweet infinite arrows is a good deal to save other ammos.

I think they do stop spawning, at the end It just the two Garradors left and gave me peace to take them 1 by 1.
If you defeat the 2 Garradors fast enough, additional Ganados will stop spawning.
I swear to god no matter how many times you stab them in the back they don’t die
Stock up on heavy grenades 👍👍👍
This scene is a masterpiece
Hardest part of the game .. dead ass nearly booted up golden egg
It’s crazy they don’t hear the running and vase smashing and the weapons hurling
Masterful
I use the attachable mines with the crossbow (there are some in the big room left) and blast them to bits. This here is much more fun though.
Meanwhile me on my first run: I kept baiting em to slash the enemies for me and later knifed/magnum-shotted em
You show me that I never know how to play resident evil
Upgraded rifle. Nothing beats it.

Both grannados still sleep even grenade....
Very nice I managed to beat this room in ca. 1 min though
They cut the dining room cage fight garrador from the original :(
Just on this part, hardcore difficulty pistol only run. Good luck to me...
I wish you the best Run!
I gave up for the day, the parasite at the end is hell. Wish there was more than one bell on hardcore.

As far as i know, the bells disappear in hardcore mode. Are you sure this hardcore?
It is. 100% sure. On professional, only one bell is present.
One Bell on hardcore.
Easiest thing ive ever done
wich chapter is that?
Chapter 10
I just let the claw guys kill everyone for me then I kill claw guys
this is driving me nuts
This game got deleted because of this.
NO WAY this is hardcore lmaooooooo. They break out the second you kill those first 3 dudes. Take this shit down, kid
