Replay glitch doesn't work on console. It saves too quickly and if you disconnect the internet too soon then it will think you haven't done the heist.

The direct answer
You have to disconnect as the suit man takes the 4th steps and a pop up shows the transaction pending, at that time you need to disconnect immediately.
Cut off the internet on transaction pending pop-up.
Only works for PC note it down.
