Prepping Tires with Grip Bite Green

- In this video, we demonstrate how to use Daytona 1's Grip Bite Green Inside Tire Treatment.
Grip Bite Green is used to add grip and bite to racing tires. It is suitable for uses on dirt or asphalt and for circle track as well as drag racing applications.

Hi, I'm Kate with crateinsider.com. Today I'm talking about Daytona One's Grip-Bite green. Now this is used as an inside tire prep and it's really easy to use. I'm standing here with a rotisserie with some tires that I'm taking care of today, and all you do for your inside tire prep is we have this handy measure and pour bottle, and you can see ... Actually I'll move that closer to the camera here, so you can see it's got the ounces marked on it. This bottle is really easy to use, and once you figure out with your particular tire how much to use, then it'll make it a lot easier.
With late model tires, big monsters like this, we use about six ounces in one of these tires. And you just want to put that ... You can either put the tire prep in first and then mount the tires. Some guys I know prefer to do it that way. Or you can actually put it in the valve stem and then put it on your rotisserie for anywhere from 12 to 24 hours, to get you a nice even coat around the inside of your tire.
Now just to tell you a couple of other things. This is not going to be a softener that's going to break down your tire. It's actually an elastomer. So it actually restores life and allows your tires to last a little bit longer.

do some scientific testing to prove your products on actual cars. That would be an awesome marketing scheme. If you prove a difference it will sell better.

All this shits gonna do is liquid balance it but once it dries you're gonna have a fire that's waaaaaayyyyy out of balance and is gonna take a ton of weight to get it to run right
What it gets absorbed by the rubber and helps with the heat cycles of the tire
She should be wearing a bikini top or thin white t shirt 2 sizes to small. She do have some tig bitties
This doesn't explain anything. What does this do? What's the science behind this?
If its anything like the tire sauce for rc cars, its actually makes a pretty big difference in the elasticity of the rubber and makes it more stretchy. Allows the tire to conform to the dirt better and really grab the surface
@@walspeedI’ve used other products similar there usually called inside preps and they are to help with the heat cycles tires experience from racing
I have my on mix it make a tire real soft but I can't tell there check tires now
