Yer Like don't they have protocols in place they have to verify and investigate each and every discharge of the weapon? And omg that poor girl crying like that is so heartbreaking because I would be exactly the same if either of my cats were hurt ... For some of us our pets are akin to our children personally I choose to be childless because in the words of Nic Cage in the Rock I consider it to be an act of cruelt to bring a child into the world in this day and age .. and the amount of incompetence in parenting and neglect .. they don't want us to have to have a license to have children as I thought wow u need. A license for most things even a TV and to go fishing in the UK and u know why? I believe since each citizen is worth Arora bd £6m in taxes to our government in their lifetime..

I actually think the US cops are quite reasonable. In my case in the uk - alot of them are 19yr old children on power trips lol. Its a running joke over here, when you read in the papers another copper has been done for misconduct in this county lol.

I think that anybody who shoots a dog, should be prosecuted,regardless,that cop could of mace the dog,nope!!not acceptable!!!
Mace doesn’t always help with a dog. Take a ride along with animal control, they deal with aggressive dogs all the time. Then ride along with police officers, most times they just lack the necessary training.
In this case, sounds like they “sic’d” the dog on the police officer.
