When people forget about what Italy did:
@Just_Fox the Allies pretty much forgot what Italy did during WW2 too, so much that in comparison to Germany and Japan, Italy was only punished with a slap on the wrist and lost very few territories in comparison. The Italians like to be smart and stay on a low profile during a world war, just waiting to see who's going to win and then side with them when it's convenient to them, to the point that one could argue that Italy after WW2 had an almost positive outcome overall just like France despite being on the other side initially lol
