    Gads. The attorney is something else. Most of the time she is rude and cuts in instead of listening. You can tell the judge does not want to do it this way. I am surprised he gave in.

    He’s nicer than I would be. The only thing they losers understand at all is consequences, and if there’s no consequences, they learn nothing.

    Where does it stop; how do you get them to take any of this seriously. Her costs are a result of her actions.

    The cost has NOTHING to do with what the judge is upset about.

    As long as the courts play patty cake, we're going to continue to see alcohol and substance related offenses, accidents, deaths, ODs, thus lives ruined as a result, not to mention sky high insurance rates. It's reached epidemic proportions. We all want fair judgment, but right is right and the same applies to wrong.

      I'd have told her the taxpayers find using the justice system as her personal babysitter expensive too.

      She is a DEFENSE attorney. It is her job to defend her client to the best of her abilities. Otherwise she can lose her law license. If you ever need an attorney for any reason you better hope they are as good as this one.

      @@thesilversurfer7136 Well maybe her 'defense' attorney should've put her in check the very first time she failed., she was given chances and STILL failed...ridiculous excuses having no basis. That dumbass girl gives 2 fucks...and yea I'd love for my attorney to defend me, but since I don't break any laws, because I fear them and have common sense, I won't need an atty. Fingers crossed lol., no bad intent to your opinion, I come in peace.

    The lawyer keeps saying the monitor on and on but the problem isn't that the problem is she didn't went to class and the judge is very disappointed he give her an opportunity and she didn't take it seriously 😮😮😮😮😮😮

      @yumekui9698 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Yea sometimes defense lawyers sound repetitive or stupid because it's their sworn duty to advocate for the client. So she's repeating the "positive" things to try and get the judge to consider that factor favorably to them.

    • @steppy3736
      @steppy3736 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @yumekui9698 you know it's pathetic when their attorney can only repeat one thing as "positive."

    I disagree with the judge, some people will need this level of supervision because they've never been held accountable for anything. The idea is to get the person hello not "the spirit" of some program or how some shrink who designed a program for something they've never dealt with themselves.

    This judge is a joke. He never does anything. he just is all bark no bite. It should be simple. You break the rules you do the time. He is a serial talker that never pulls the trigger unless forced to.
