The F28 Professional is about to release for MSFS. Here's a key video for you to view prior to and post release. This a short but informative Product Overview video, giving you the basic details covering the main aspects of the aircraft.

I have to say, out of all the devs on MSFS, JustFlight has really stepped the bar up. Is the PMDG good? sure. Is the Fenix's depth impressive? yes. IMO none of them come close to the BAE-146 by yours truly, JustFlight. Can't wait to get my hands on the Fokker.
Absolutely. With the 146 and the F28 you can tell just how much love went into creating these addons. JustFlight's planes have great character to them and not only because the aircraft themselves are iconic birds. The recreation of them are amazing.

Have about 1500 hrs in the -4000 at Horizon Air. I didn’t see a Horizon livery for the -4000, please consider that. Horizon was the last US operator of the aircraft. Phenomenal work!
Goosebumps all the time when i realize that this bird is actually IN THE SIM! So much nostalgia things happened here, it reminds me of my childhood (back in 2000's) where i often flew around the cities for vacation.

This is such a marvelous plane! The attention to detail is outstanding and the cockpit and cabin so high polygon and 8k texture quality. This might be the airplane release of the year :)

This is beautiful! Im an aviation maintenance engineer student, the two main aircraft we have to train on are a Fokker 28 and a Fokker 100. And to see it alive in a sim is brilliant!

This plane really raises the bar within msfs. Great job, definitely gonna pick this up when released on Xbox. Fun fact; there is one F28 sitting on the roof of one of the terminals of EHAM (it doesn’t fly offcourse but you can enter it)
Just downloaded & then T/O and a few attempts at landing, but the weather is getting ropey at EGNT, aborted first landing, did another touch and go then came in for a landing, all ok until I hit my throttle thrust reversers……nice grassy apron! Lol it was great….must read the manual. Nice job just flight😊

This is a great must have. I was lucky to sit on the jumpseat of the listed Air Niugini livery (P2-AND) back in 2004. I now fly Fokker 100s and 70s at Air Niugini 😅

Normally I'm not so interested in the details like cabin music.... but the idea of having my passengers board to Amon Amarth is kinda too fun to pass up.
Or an episode of air crash investigation Audio playing in the cabin while boarding … can’t wait
Absolutely stunning work, I can see myself getting this one, even if I usually would hold off on most of the liners, the gns 530 option is a brilliant feature and there’s that utterly amazing jet noise lets face it is why we all want this!! 😁 not to mention how immersive that dust on the windshield looks and the ground roll sounds!!! (watch and learn pmdg!!!! Don’t get me wrong I love the pmdg 737! except for that annoying fake tyre squeak, you don’t hear that in the real cockpit, instead you hear a whole bunch of other noises rattling and shaking and the spoilers extending automatically, the absolute roar of the engines reverse thrust in the back and the nose gear hitting the runway centre lights..)
What a beautiful old school aircraft, I would love to see B737-200 for the next project, classic and fast.
Great Addon, I recommend. It offers me a new old way to fly, I really like it.
Some minor bugs to correct and update, and it will be perfect!
I might even create a virtual airline on it. Please, @JustFlight, add multicrew!

I bought this airplane and it's beautifully modeled / animated and as far as I can tell, the systems have a lot of depth. Please Please create a Lockheed L-1011 with this level of beauty and system depth.

I can’t wait for the release! Will it be possible to add the take-off data from the manual to the EFB, so it can be checked from the plane itself (especially useful in VR, assuming the performance will be equally good to the (amazing) 146)?
The Thrust Index tables are currently only available in the manual, but we would also like to add them to the EFB/ Likely to be post-release if we do though. We have included logic that sets the thrust index automatically based on the airports altitude and temperature though, so you should only need to the tables to cross check the setting and/or to set a derated takeoff.
Do you have the lavatory in F28? The detail is the best.

One question - will the Hush Kit affect the sounds in-sim ? Or is it only visual ?

I’m emotionally attached to this aircraft, it was the first aircraft I flew as a passenger in 1985, and was the first airliner I operated as FO in 1998.
I didn’t hesitate one second to buy the addon as soon as it was released despite its high price. This is what I think of it:
1) external and cabin 3D modeling is great.
2) flight model is just default Msfs model, same feeling as all jet msfs aircraft, I guess it is a Msfs limitation JF are not at fault here.
3) cockpit instruments and captions are aweful!! Tiny, blurry and barely readable.
4) FPS is very bad, compared to PMDG and FBW, even though these latter are more modern and thus more CPU intensive.
I hope JF will do something about 3&4.
You need to contact our support team with your gripes. They'll help you out and give you some answers. Your opinion on all of this of course and it's subjective but you're very much in a minority with points 2, 3 and 4. The FM isn't just the default MSFS model, it's far from that. A hell of a lot of time has been spent on improving and refining it, using RW F28 pilots too. You're right that there are restrictions though, that's very true. Not sure how you have your settings but the CP instruments and captions are not awful. Look at screenshots on the website for evidence of that. Maybe worth using the 8k textures but again our support team will help if you're seeing something that looks that bad in the CP. FPS not reported to us as bad by anyone else and in test the frame rates were excellent. You're the first to mention this so again I'd implore you to seek help from our support team on the matter. Thanks for your custom and interest in the F28 Pro.
@@justflightthe FPS is indeed much worse than Fenix and PMDG on my RTX 4090 & 7950X3D.

One thing I see a lot, even with very nicely designed MSFS addons like this: Animations still appear to be very linear. This shows quite a bit 01:47. The floor panel moves into position as if it was controlled by an electric motor. In real life it is moved by a flight attendant, who would pull it out of it's retaining mechanism with some force, slide it outward and let it drop. Of course, beforehand she or he would remove the step's handrail. Moving both at the same time does not appear to be very realistic.
Other than the animations issues - this jet looks and sounds fantastic! I hope the flight dynamics are nice as well.
