It's a great race to see in person! I have shot the race and it was a blast. I would be along the wall in the middle of turn one and two just past the flag stand. Once got a series of a car going around the entire figure 8 on fire and the driver didn't know it was on fire.
"He's not weighing as much as he did at the start of this race..." LMAO If that's not the greatest way I've ever heard somebody say "that guy just s#!+ his pants!"
Too bad they don't use a drone with wide angle camera handing over the middle of the track in the air to cover the entire field and give us, the viewers the great experience :)
@@dalton5903 I think the definition of professional applies here, especially if they get paid for it. I'd also say these drivers are (significantly?) more skilled, on average, compared to a demolition figure 8 race competition group of drivers.
@@PlanetXtreme In the small town dirt or asphalt racing scene, Nascar is the only kind of racing that you'll hear classified as professional. Anybody can get one of these cars and or have it legally built and registered to race in one day. Theres no prestige in small town racing like this. Anyone can do it, but not just anyone could do Nascar. This is coming from someone who loves small town racing like this. (I'm a racing photographer for these kind of races.) If you wanna see the next best thing to Nascar that is considered as Professional, watch super late model racing, Or USMTS mod racing. Not every driver will make it to those big classes, but anyone could race in a figure 8 race. I believe you will absolutely be able to participate in a figure eight race. because its not real pro racing like nascar, it's not professional. It might as well be called a glorified demo derby.
Don't these drivers ever give a road sign? It's an invitation to have a trafffic accident. This driving would not be tolerated here in England. Mind you, Iove it and do admire their skill and guts.; Regards to all viewers. March, 2023.
"Stopping hearts and dropping parts"
Probably one of the coolest sayings I've ever heard.
That’s Tory for you

Until you got cops knocking your door down.
And this is evidence why we do need stop lights

We need this commentator in nascar cup races, would make a great booth!
'Stoppin' hearts and droppin' parts'! Love that line!
I am not usually a big fan of motorsports but that is great. Crazy, but great.
I'm french . I love this crazy race and usa

That would be a genius idea.
Now this is racing! You pay for the whole seat but you only need the edge!
When is the full race coming out because i missed alot of the race because of our cars kept getting messed up
I know this is professional, but I'd love to participate in a figure 8 race someday.. That'd be the dream.
and get health insurance to pay for the hospital visit...
this is definitely not professional.

@@dalton5903 yeah dude but the definition of professional means (very) skilled, often paid, it doesn't really matter about any other credentials.
My anxiety just blew my head off
When is the full race going to be available on here
The cup series should race here
Tony Stewart in disguise
Why do these cars have that huge wings in the back?
Hubert Walter they are called sail panels, they help the cars keep stable through the corners by leaning on the air.

I dont know much about this, just watched half an hour of the full 3h videoof this race, and figured that much out by the commentary
1.Don't get killed 2. Follow all the rules.

NASCAR should run on this track 😁
Tony Stewart would agree
the commentator is so confused on the race and thats how this is a real madness of a race!
I remember when these races used to have atleast 30 cars.
They still do. Well over that in fact. This race had 46. This year's 2021 edition had 44. ;-)
