It has been sooooo nice to wake up every morning and have something planned for me that I know is safe for me. I’m feeling so much stronger overall in my body and very balanced. This was awesome! Thanks Ashley!
Ashley aka Glow Body PT! I am so grateful I found you! I am almost 25 weeks and absolutely loving all of your prenatal workouts. They are still challenging enough for me as well as time efficient and make me feel so good! I am still training at my kickboxing gym but am thinking your workouts are all I need! You're so motivating and encouraging! thank you so much for posting and sharing your mummy journey! xoxo Yasmin
Thank you so Much Ashley! I mix n match 2-3 of your prenatal workouts 6 days a week and find them amazing! At 26 weeks preggy I feel great! I certainly will be following your 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan! xoxo
thank you for all these rutines.... i'm a triathlete and now i'm 23 weeks, i have been doing them and i think all of them can work even if you are not pregnant , I love them!! God bless you 😘
Yet another winner from glowbody pt! I love feeling safe ti get that sought after workout burn and endorphon boost while knowing I am being led by someone conscious and educated in prenatal work out!
Thanks you for posting all these videos!! I am 14 weeks into my first pregnancy and so excited to have your videos to get me through the next 2 trimesters!
Dear Ashley, I am in love with your workout routines. I followed your exercises throughout my pregnancy and now, post-partum. I would love to see a video on post-partum ab reconstruction that considers diastasis recti condition. Please, would you post one video? Thank you
Thank you very much! I've been thinking about purchasing your Post Pregnancy Plan package, however, it is a bit pricey for me right now. I really appreciate that you provided a link to a workout at this time. I am going to try it right now! Please, let me know when will there be a discount available for the package ( you mentioned before that in May there might be a discount). Thank you! Love your positive energy and encouraging speech throughout the workouts! Also, love the fact that you have your son running around, my son is 3.5 and loves when I do your workouts because he gets to see your son which excites him to do a workout with me, haha.
So glad I found you!! I am at 30 weeks now with my second and still doing 2-3 videos back to back with you depending on how I feel that day. Cannot wait to start the post-pregnancy workouts!! Thank you!!
I’m so glad you said where we should be rowing! When I changed my form I felt it instantly!! I was pulling towards my breast and not back. Thank you for explaining 💪 💕😊
Feel so good after done this workout after haven't donefor a month during 1st trimester...thank you again to share such a great exercise routine for mommy!!! 😍😍
Glow Body PT Thanks! Sound like I'm doing the right adjustments. I do have a DR (this is baby #5, gap was huge after 4) and I'm not sure if it was there after the others, I've always wondered if i made it worse by my workouts. I just wasn't aware of it and didn't know to be extra careful.
Hi Ashley - I feel so silly, but this is my 3rd child, and I never heard of DR before watching your videos. I'm very overweight (BMI says obese) and started working out about 3.5 months before getting pregnant. I was doing cardio and lifting weights at the gym. Once I was pregnant, the weight machines didn't feel right, so I looked for something else and came across your channel. All that to say, I just read this response you gave to Marinda's post, and I'm concerned because I've been following all of your work outs to the "T". I don't know what my DR measured before since I had never heard of it, but when I researched how to measure, I saw that one of the tell-tale signs was looking pregnant when not actually pregnant, which was definitely the case for me. Should I revert to side planks only and wall push ups and avoid all the other ones you mention above (I LOVE deadlifts, by the way)? Or do you think it is ok to continue as I have been? @@glowbodypt
Thank you so much for your workouts! They're really helping me! One question about the push-ups - they're a challenge for me! Is it safe to be planking if I'm taking a break in between push-ups? Thanks!
Postpartum absolutely you should NOT be doing floor push ups or burpees! During pregnancy you can still do them through Week 16 if you've had several babies or even longer; through Week 26 if it's your first baby. The time we HEAL Diastasis Recti is postpartum. Once baby is out and the immense, uncontrolled pressure is mostly relieved. That's when we can truly re-establish a connection with our transverse abdominis muscles, rectus abdominis, and pelvic floor to get them working synergistically (meaning together as a team!) to restore the integrity of your body as a mother.
OMG thank you, your video is the first workout I find that doesnt tell me to lift like one finger at a time...like I'm gonna break or something...I mean, I know I'm pregnant but if I'm not a high risk pregnant women I can still do this :) 23 weeks now
Ashley, I LOVE all of your workouts! They are challenging, yet you are so motivating! I have been doing a variety of your videos almost every day for most of my pregnancy and I feel great...38 weeks today. I am already signed up for your Post Pregnancy plan and I can't wait.
Are there any arm/ upper body workouts you suggest doing that will target the armpit/bra area? That's the area that I can't seem to get rid of!!!! I am 18 weeks and doing all of your prenatal workouts (which I LOVE!!!) but am just wondering if there's any exercises to target that one area. Thank you for creating these videos!!!!
I thought plank form was off limits in 2nd and 3rd trimester? Should we be doing the pushups off the wall and nixing the burpees or are they still safe?
Omg woman!! Where do you have all this energy from! I am at 16 weeks but still feel so tired. Everyone said 2nd trimester would be breezy but donno bout that happening to me! Will you be able to give me a weekly plan? I saw most of your videos but i dont know how many times i should be doing which workouts! I have been doing 30 mins of prenatal yoga everyday. But i want to focus on my upper and lower body as well.
Is your prenatal workout schedule still available? For the last week or so my wife hasn't been able to load it, although all the videos show up. She's really enjoying your workouts at 28 wks!!! Thanks!
How do you stop your belly from pyramiding during the pushups and burpies? I'm strugling harder just to engage my core so it stays round than any arm workout I should be getting from those poses. I'd guess this means I need to strengthen my core, but with no sit-ups allowed during pregnancy I'm not sure what to do. Please advise. -20 weeks
I love your workouts, because most other prenatal workouts I find are incredibly lame and really only effective for total beginners (or for those days where you just feel terrible and can barely get off the couch). I'll be doing this one later today, but I'll find something else to do instead of the burpees. Anything where I extend out into a full plank makes my abs cone and not feel stable, and I'm only 20 weeks.
Eva, women like you are EXACTLY THE REASON why I started GlowBodyPT in the first place. For motivated women who want to be in outstanding shape during pregnancy & postpartum too. To replicate a high intensity move squat down so that fingertips graze the floor right under you, then stand up explosively reaching to the sky and coming up onto tip toes. : )
I am following the prenatal workout calendar, and I have noticed recently that I am not getting sore from the workouts anymore. I am on week 19. I feel like I work hard every time I do the workouts, and I don't think I could move up with my weights. Sometimes I even add in an extra workout from another channel. For example, today I am focusing on arms so I did this workout and another short arm workout from a different channel. Is it normal to not feel sore after working out, or am I doing something wrong?
@@glowbodypt I have 3s, 5s, and 8s. I was using the 8s. I think I actually may have been using one size to heavy and not doing the moves fully! I dropped down one day after not having worked out for a little while and I was sore the next day even though I used lower weights. But, when I do stop being sore I will know its time to invest in some heavier ones! Thanks!
Hi! Do you have any suggestions on shaping up if I've just started working out a 30 weeks? I'm a preschool teacher and a mom to a 3 year so I definitely move but I saw my butt in a dressing room mirror today and said "OH NO!" Is there any hope getting into shape before labor? Thanks
Question...do these exercises help lift sagging breast? After my first pregnancy mine are no longer lifted and full, they are sagging and deflated. Also what about your 1st and 2nd trimester videos ?
It has been sooooo nice to wake up every morning and have something planned for me that I know is safe for me. I’m feeling so much stronger overall in my body and very balanced. This was awesome! Thanks Ashley!
You are so welcome!
thank you! i'm 20 weeks now and you inspire me to keep going until the end of my pregnancy

These workouts have been a LIFESAVER during our cross country move! I’ve been able to workout in hotels with just a set of dumbbells! Thanks, Ashley!
Thanks you for posting all these videos!! I am 14 weeks into my first pregnancy and so excited to have your videos to get me through the next 2 trimesters!
Dana Fischer same here I'm 14 weeks and just found your channel! Thanks!

39 weeks and loving your workouts! Thanks!

Yes! I am so glad this cue helped you visualize and coordinate better for optimal engagement Krystal. : )
Great workout! 33 weeks here and still doing weight training a few times a week to stay strong for labor. :)
This was a nice sweaty session. It feels great to be able to do this after a horrible first half of my pregnancy
I can't wait! I'm glad i found you!!!
Feel so good after done this workout after haven't donefor a month during 1st trimester...thank you again to share such a great exercise routine for mommy!!! 😍😍
Happy happy New Year, dear Ashley🎊🎉🎁! Let this year bring you health and happiness. God bless you and your family 🙏❤️
happy new year to you too Reem!
Love your videos! I have done them in the past pregnancy and I feel like they really helped me with labor ! ☺️
That last superset was a butt kicker!
Great instruction and form. So nice to see a fit pregnant mom teaching the class. Do push ups and planks while pregnant contribute to diastasis recti?

How often should we do this arm workout to see results? I follow your pregnancy plan but I my arms need some work.

can I do this workout 9 months postpartum after the 12 week post pregnancy plan?
Hi Crystal, most likely YES! But you need to be sure, so watch this video first th-cam.com/video/VgJIsDJXqg0/w-d-xo.html
Workout complete! I think you're my new favorite channel ;)
Mine too!!!!
I didnt think you could do pushups or plank type exercises when in 2nd/3rd tri bc of diastasis recti? Any modifications?

Glow Body PT Thank you! I guess it's never too late to get started.
Love your tank! Where’d you get it?

How heavy are the dumbbells?
Aw man love that burnnnn 💜
