I love seeing you tear into that van... because i shed a tear when I put a self tapping screw into my baby. I only work on what you've filmed so thanks for going in deep and doing what others don't dare.

Glad you're enjoying the vids and nice hearing they're helpful!
It's kinda funny.... Crusty has always been such a workhorse and his panels so rusty he's never been too "precious". That doesn't mean this stuff doesn't kinda freak me out! LOL! Especially never having done any of it before!
      Thanks for watching!

May i know what is the bar that you mentioned to remove at 10:35?

Hi Natasha. The bar I mentioned is an old frame from my previous crash cage. I had it welding when I used the van for hauling construction material and tools from years previously. Since then, I've removed the grating and now will use it to eventually mount some small storage compartments to.

Are you making an open rear window or are you destroying a panel van?

Lol! I’m adding a OEM sliding window culled from a donor van from Charlotte NC.
If you watch part one- you’ll see what’s going on. :)
      Thanks for watching.

@@scott.wallace8625 the days of having adventures with just myself and one other passenger are now in the past.
I’ve customized the rear with original Toyota swiveling Captains chairs and have added windows so others can enjoy the experience with me.
I loved the panels and they were functional back in my construction days. But now it’s on to new adventures with friends and family.
Make sure to watch the final video when I post it. It’ll make more sense when you see it finished. :)
