I’m so glad you enjoyed the knives. The camilus and camper I found in scrap cars when I worked at scrap yard
Oh wow!! That’s amazing!! Thanks again for the knives!! The Camillus is in excellent shape!!
Crazy someone else from Barrie Ontario is watching you too, great to see
LOL!! Awesome!
Pradel knife😊
The bone handle knife might be etched "Prague".
I think it’s “Pradel”
The Pradel is characterized by a centralized point, in contrast to other Breton sailors knives such as the Kenavo and the Armor knife. Such knives typically have rounded tips. Pradel style knives were used in the 1800s across Brittany and Normandy, and were popular in the West of France at the beginning of the 20th century, with models named Pradel manufactured by Sauzedde, Dumas, Thiers Issard, Sauvagnat, Fontenille Pataud and others. The name Pradel has now been applied to other sorts of knives, including SAK style multi-tools and kitchen knives.
Great video 🇨🇦 Ontario✨
I messed around on eBay several years back and bought a Queen Elizabeth II Coronation souvenir knife made by Richards of Sheffield England. It has her picture on it in all of her royal regalia. Probably my coolest eBay find of all time.
That’s very cool!!
Happy that your happy sir
I bought that exact knife a month ago. I think I ordered it the day before Christmas and it arrived about 3 weeks later.
I have to say I’m not a fan of it but the blade is, as Terry says, Jam up and Jelly Tight. The blade is good steel, sharp from the factory and will serve a good life.
I just can’t buy into the handle. I’ll keep it, it will probably go in the “boat bag” and I’m sure it will do some good on the water.
Yes, for the money, you can’t buy a US made knife with a blade this size, quality, etc.
Good video as always. The GA Knife continues to inform and entertain.

The World Famous Knife Doctor. That is awesome!!
I have some British made knives and they have been great knives. Love the Victorinox Camper, I have several of them. I'll have to get me a Zippo belt case, I get tired of my Zippo leaking in my pocket and chemical burns. LOL. Great Video Kevin!!
That’s awesome and Thank you!!
I believe the writing on one of the knives from the UK says "Prague" which is the capital of Czech Republic but I could be mistaken
Those little knives from sheffield England I believe are meant to hang from old timer pocket watch chains. Great knives, great channel, keep them coming!
Thanks for sharing this!!
The Doctor is loved world wide👍💯🏆
Man if I remember right recently, you’ve received a 63, 73 and now 83 demo knife . There are so many cool knives in those packages. I’d love to see a restore of that bone handle knife. - Stephen Jeffrey, Port, Royal, South Carolina

AWESOME VIDEO Thumbs up
Back when I still smoked cigarettes I always carried a Zippo. The first time I saw one of the belt cases I bought it. I used to hate it when the Zippo would leak fuel and burn the skin on my leg. Great video Kevin.
Thank you!! I’m wearing it right now!!
Nice video today! I had a knife shop I would go to when I was stationed in Italy. I bought some knives from them, Wish I had looked for more knife shops. I did like it when I visited a place or site and the souvenir knife for sale was a real Swiss army knife and not a Chine, etc.. knife.
Love the way old carbon steel looks
Me too!!
Great looking knives and happy knife hunting.
Great Video Doc! Very Exciting 4 sure...😊

I lived in Barrie Ontario Canada when our house was destroyed by a Tornado, I now live in a house in Woodstock Ontario Canada that was hit by the Tornado in 1979. We have a overhead picture from the local paper of our house partially destroyed. Our home in Barrie was totally destroyed, great knives Craig!

PRADEL Knifes!
I dont know for sure, but i think Sheffield steel is originally from Sweden. Swedish steel is the best! My opinion only. Thanks for your channel!

Thank you!!

Good luck on the knife hunt sir!!
Thank you!!
FYI, that 1983 Camillus is Canadian Armed Forces issue. They call it a "C5 Utility Knife" and they were issued from 1973-2004. Cool stuff. Enjoy the knife hunt today and day with your wife. SF brother.
Thanks for sharing this!!
Great video! You may know this already but that 1983 Camillus with the US on the handle is the Canadian military issue. Canadian Forces also had a contract with Camillus until 1995 when it was replaced by the Gerber Multi-Plier in 1996.
WOW!! Thanks for sharing this!!
The origins of the Pradel knife can be traced back to the coastal regions of Normandy and Brittany, where it was first produced for the hands of skilled sailors and farm laborers as a simple and practical tool.
Awesome!! Thanks for sharing this!

Dear Mr. Knife Doctor, what is your opinion of the soecial 50th anniversary edition of Case Jade Green Barlow knife? I believe the alloy is stainless but its high polish. They are asking sixty dollars for it but is that amount way too high or fair? Thanks for any guidance!
Case XX? $60? I think that’s a fair price.
That one little knife looks almost like "gold" instead of .. I have seen knives near identical that are 10 to 12kt
Your mystery knife appears to be a Pradel Scout. Look it up.
You are correct!! I found that myself this afternoon! Thanks for sharing this. I’ll update that in my video covering the knives I bought today.
👍👌✌️❤️
Pradel is French.
Could it be "Prague?"
I think it’s PRADEL.

Looking for a pay phone to call his wife
I did!! A lot when I was in port. We didn’t have cell phones, FaceTime or anything like that. All we had was letters and pay phones. Gone 6 months at a time in 3 different occasions! Good stuff! Makes me appreciate every moment with her!
It's PRAGUE... LOL
