Refurbishing an antique cream separator: McCormick Deering Separator

We have 2 of these that we are going to "restore". I found your video in my search for how they come apart. Thank you, you have answered all of my questions. Ours are both model 3-S. The number is stamped on the regulator bowl that goes on top of the centrifuge spouts.

So true throw stuff out because you cant repair things any more marketing to make use buy more ,,,And we are environmentally conscious .?
