Lunia I was using a 12-54 set but the strings were still super loose for this tuning. I just had to deal with a serious case of spaghetti strings lol. Having a high-gain preset probably helps too. :)

zuwa I don't remember but I would recommend at least 12-60 with D'addario or a light baritone set if you can, you could maybe get away with a lighter set if you like light gauge strings. It's all personal preference.
