I genuinely think I only love driving & cars so much because of the spirited driving experience I got from learning in a car like that, would definitely recommend
There were many errors in this video. First off, both come in either Front wheel drive or AWD. Neither of them comes in a RWD version. Secondly the Honda engine puts out more horsepower and torque than the Venza, hence the Crosstour is a faster vehicle. Lastly in terms of maintenance they are both very similar. The problem is our lazy mechanics just don't pay attention to manufacturers specs for maintenance and when things go wrong they blame the car.
I think you're coming from a place of extreme bias. I've used both cars and can comfortably tell you that the Honda 3.5l VTEC engine is waaayyy more resilient than the 2gr-fe 3.5l Toyota engine. You may ask auto technicians..... those Honda engines are bullet proof. The suspension on the Honda is multi link which gives a better handling than the Toyota. Did you say that the venza has NO known generic issues? It was a good video though but it was largely an embodiment of your perceptions without much substantiation.... try to give details when giving your opinions on cars. I'm not a Honda employee or enthusiast BTW just someone who has impartially used these brands 😁 Cheers bro
Honda engines are FAR better and more durable than Toyota engines. I’m very sure about that one any day. Toyota transmissions are sharper. When it comes to legs, Toyota parts are more durable. For comfort, venza beat crosstour. For dashboard, crosstour wins. For leather seat, venza wins; Honda leather no like hot weather. AC equal. Sound system, crosstour wins. Interior plastics, crosstour wins. The crosstour has better stability while driving. Exterior design, I go with crosstour based on personal preference, it’s sportier but smaller; venza is bulky with plenty space almost like sienna (for family). Common issue with venza I4 is the intake runner valves(rpm’s either too low or too high). They are both reliable and practical
In regards to truck lift; You can open the truck from the driver’s seat and closes the truck on same spot without stepping out of the car… your key can be inside your pocket all day with a push to start and a fingerprint sensor on both driver’s and passenger’s door, heated seat like the ml350, the 2015 with led headlight, power folding mirror, adaptive headlight, more room with panoramic moon roof, drives better, faster, upgrading the mass airflow to a cold intake system makes it performs better and many other features Venza wins!! GLK/Rx should be it competitors even with price ranges 8-11m Great video!
There is nothing like crossover SUV. When comparing the for cylinder engine of both cars, the Honda crosstour has a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine and makes 192 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque while the 2014 Toyota Venza has a 2.7-liter I-4 producing 181 hp and 182 lb-ft of torque. The Venza drives better because it has more torque and not because of weight. I would suggest you do more research on the cars before you talk about them. It would be nice if you can also review Nigeria/ African made cars. I am a car enthusiast, And I love cars. Thanks
Guy you don't know any thing about cars please before you become a car analyst please go online and do research , honda has better engine and better interior . The honda crosstur has an engine called vcm ( variable cylinders management ) that means it has a better fuel economy and a better road stability. The two cars were made 2009 and thier productions was stop 2015 , the venza was later rebuild 2020 . Many people judge honda because of thier ball joint but little do they know honda is better than toyota
There is nothing wrong with his review... the venza is obviously more spacious and the crosstours exterior is finer But the venzer is the people's choice hence it has a higher resale value than the crosstour
Also 4wd and Awd are 2 different things. 4 wheel drive means 4 wheels move at the same time when engaged like when the car is in a bind whilst the Awd engages the wheel it needs by sending power to the wheel that needs it the most.
I think you mixed them, AWD means the throttle controls all wheels with no options of switching between axles while 4WD gives you the option to switch from both axles to front or rear.
@@olawaleolajide3445 not really. AWD is always on but send power automatically to where it is needed, if power is needed by one wheel it sends all power there. For 4wd you have the option of turning it off and on, power goes to all wheels when 4wd is on, the car is either front or rear wheel drive typically, so if it’s front wheel and you turn 4wd on the back wheels get power in addition, same if the car is back wheel.
This year will be the best year to find a car since 2020 in the West and that time starts from this month end. Oga Crank, you've done well. Aside all you've said, those who disagree can make a survey of how many users of venza we have in Naija compared to Crosstour. In terms of second hand value, Venza is higher, leg durability is also Venza to mention only a few.
Great and informative review, it's a reflection of the majority perspective in the Nigerian context. However, the majority is not necessarily always correct. Our obsessive preference for Toyota is emotive not completely factual. For example I've used a Toyota Tundra and a Ford F150 and found the F150 more economical, resilient, better off road and cheaper to maintain in Nigeria. Please don't come here and be saying what you don't know if you happen to drive the two cas on a defrent location for a long distance you may not like the venza but love the honda crosstur am telling you the fact , however they are not suv they are crossover cars if you look at the venza very well you will notice toyota just used 65inches tire to high the car . Please suv is called sport utility vehicle not the other name you called it
Your analysis are wrong... Honda is more economical in fuel consumption... I guess the Honda you used was the preface lifted version, and it's obvious you like Toyotas. It was a bias review. International review shows venza to be inferior to crosstour... Do your research well. Thanks
