My thoughts on the sites shown: I prefer making my own sprites over using libraries as I have something I can call mine, and I don't have to deal with order as everything is made in the order I like. Turbowarp is pretty good, I use it for many mods as well as higher fps. The logo generator is pretty good, although pretty much everyone uses it, so if I made I own, it would be of much higher quality because of the originality.
