What I'm saying is that the job application and interview process is like a mind game-you need to learn how to play it effectively. Given the thousands of people applying for a limited number of jobs, it's understandable that the process needs to be selective. However, I wonder if there are better ways to recruit people ? You need to be technically proficient and know how to sell yourself in this game.
Oof definitely guilty of that last one, I always come off super energetic, but sometimes the pressure gets to me and I fumble the answer 😂 and then the thought of me fumbling makes me fumble even more 😅
