A slightly more complicated way is to keep adventuring in The Sleazy Back Alley until you encounter a weird stand (You'd know you found the right one when the sign above it is the boy & girl symbol), just pay up the 1000 credit fee and you're all set

But yes, you can re-encounter the stand again if you change your gender-y mind at anytime
(I should definitely put a disclaimer that the stand is a random encounter, therefore you won't immediately find it again)
