I like the second question. I need to stop doing so much for other people. I’ve come to the point where me time is better for me! It took me awhile to figure that out!
I’ve learned that when I’m “selfish” and spend time on restoring myself I have so much more to give to others. We even give “me time” to our cars when we stop asking them to serve us for a few moments while they get an oil change or take in gas. Some of us take better car if our cars than we do ourselves.

I love my many lamps, cozy blankets, and a furry pink cardigan. I enjoy snuggling up in the evenings, having cuddles with my Guinea pigs and sometimes candles , and enjoying the coziness of the season. Healing love to you dear friend xx

Thank you! My daughter and I have been experimenting with layering nail polish, just you do when painting on a canvas. It’s a grey base, with a bright green layer on top. The effect was surprisingly wonderful!

I'm inspired by your act of reflecting on the past, using your journal prompts, before entering a new season. I'm not one to journal. Yet I'm going to follow your lead by doing the same because if I'm not enjoying life and living with purpose...it's time to change because I've fought for so long to be here. 🩵
Journaling is one way, sometimes I don’t feel like writing so I use dictation to get my thoughts out while walking around the house or stimming. I have wanted to show this, but in those moments I don’t always think about taking video.
I would try for this, I love the idea of doing it by seasons. I think if I tried this method I would put the list of questions in a VERY SAFE place, which means I will never find it again. Be proud of your progress friend!
Happily got up yesterday around 4 am to do a little Solstice ritual. Then went happily to bed. I am hearing how you are in the thick of your healing. Gotta feel the feels!!! Glad you are able to cry. All love to you and your family, all ways!

Happy to share, I’m really trying to never waste a difficult season. My goal is to tear at least one lesson from every trial I go through.
