Marty talked about this in his first look at the Commander Pro. The grub screw on the bottom doesn’t necessarily be tightened but the two holding the rod do. I just tightened mine the other day and didn’t touch the bottom one. Good point on the loctite reminder. Next time I need to tighten them I will pull them and add some Loctite. I would be cautious lowering the pedals. As you point out, not using all 8 screws will likely be problematic. These things aren’t known for their *over*-engineering. 😉

Nicely summed it put brother. I am just happy that I was able to fix the issue. I would definitely try lower pedals. I am 6.2ft and CP is too low for my knee to touch the wheel and feel it. I did not have this issue in Master Pro since MP was a bit taller than this wheel. Maybe I create a MOD plate like I did not MP.

    Thank you!
    Very helpful.
I’m very interested in how you attached the bike bar to your front end. ( the one you extra lights are on.)
The front handle on the CP seems the wrong shape to attach it?

It comes with adapter arms. More information about this bike bar is given in this video th-cam.com/video/bp4FwAfMF-8/w-d-xo.html
