I googled whether Teemill offers tracking in the US. It appears that they fixed this. I sure hope so as I'm seriously considering doing their pro plan soon.
I will say though as its a UK based company the sizing makes a little more sense than I think you laid out. Mainly because here and in Europe, which is presumably the largest markets for Teemill, not very many people at all are going to be more than an XXL in size, and that requiring more than that is much more of a US-centric problem. Hell if you go into a lot of clothes shops they'll normally only have a limited number of clothes above an XXL here, because they're just not very popular.
Digital printing onto dark fabrics requires a pre-treatment before printing. It’s like a watered down glue substance that is sprayed and dried before the garment reaches the actual printer. The tote’s sticky texture probably has some overspray outside the print area, which is why it feels stiff and sticky. It should disappear after the first wash…
THANK YOU! Love your honesty. I was eager to try teemill even though they're in USA, but will wait until I can warehouse and ship stuff myself....or find a POD supplier in USA that's promoting (AND actually using) sustainability.
Thank you for this very honest and transparent review. Sponsored or not they should want you to be upfront and honest with your review.I was wondering if you could answer or maybe do a part 2 to this of how these items did and looked after washing and drying these items. Thank you again for this great and very detailed video!
I haven’t fished watching the video but I have to say that since a very long time ago I wanted to make my own online store but I’m very in to sustainable clothing so not finding that was making it very difficult but I found out about Teemill like 2 months ago and I’m totally in love, now I’m slowly working on my project and I’m so excited to see the final results. I also want to point out that they are really prepared to responde to all your questions and they even have videos where they guide you through the process so you don’t get lost
+ I'm just want to add that the sizing is standard in Europe. But I understand that things are changing and that sizing is a little different in the US.
Thank you, just found them and playig around with the set up, not very clear and the pricing is very unclear vs others such as printful and printify.... so the shipping side also way too murky so you don't know how much it will cost to ship from UK to rest of world... other UK shipping from the platforms mentioned had very high rates into Europe as not EU anymore... the website they offer to build on starts off sounding great then you learn you have to do all your own marketing and SEO to get found... at first seemed like they do a lot of the behind the scenes getting your shop found... unless I am missing something... the other print on demand seem to struggle to have organic in the US.. which is crazy.
For some reason you seem genuine in your approach. Some You Tubers are like make millions etc. Its nice to see an artist mindset rather than a commercial one. as artist the one way to kill creativity is too much commerce.
You did fantastic with this video! I REALLY appreciate your energy and the integrity with which you communicate. I do feel differently than you about the tote, I definitely don't want a tote that is all floppy and made out of tshirt material, though I agree with you in that I also don't want a tote that is undersized and has some weird sticky feeling on the outside. Hopefully Teemill will listen to your feedback - especially about US tracking, better menswear options, and inclusive sizing.
Great review. However, I get that these shirts were for brand but would like to have seen some images on products, and maybe some white shirts to see what they were like! 😊
Nice comprehensive review but the first thing that struck me was how creased everything was! Surely that would be a big deal breaker and bad business or were your items just left crumpled in the corner for a few weeks before review?
I just poked around and I saw that men's t-shirts had 3XL and 4XL options, but not with a free account? Or maybe they were out of stock.. either way, the sizing issue is a big one. I love how you get to build your own little shop. I love that aspect a bit too much tbh 😭
Great info right here! Wait when watching the whole of this video I was thinking you have perhaps a million subs with this quality content. I'm stuck in many minds, I'm setting up clothing business's and using etsy but their tax is 20%! while using printful to do the print on demand. So to even make profit I'm having to charge something like £30 pounds for a t shirt. So Im here looking for an alternative. If I could maybe I'd buy in bulk but I just don't have the up front costs. Anyways I thought I'd share that with you. I have subbed as you're awesome. Peace and Love.
Hello, John! Thank you so much for sharing your video. I am currently looking for an eco-friendly niche product, and I ALMOST started my business with Teemill. However, I changed my mind because they do not provide a tracking service, and there are limitations on marketing. I believe it is totally unfair for them to snatch my customers and redirect them to their website. I hope they consider changing these options because I really, really love what they do! Thank you again for your video and the valuable information you provide. I subscribed your channel! 🙂 ps: I just realized that you uploaded this video 1 year ago. I wonder if there are any changes with their business? any updates?
This video is SUPER informative and I was all in until I knew that a US base "exists". It would be super helpful if there was an actual facility here in the US and the tracking is an issue for me. I can see people bombarding me with emails wondering where their order is and I FOR SURE don't want to deal with it. Tracking is a must and also the sizing for both men and women have to be increased. I hope that there will be an updated review on this company. I was all set to sign up and integrate into my Etsy shop but those few cons stopped me. If they improve, they will go up on my list of POD companies.
Hi! Firstly, your personality is so cheerful and uplifting! Thank you for making a lovely video! Second, did you ever find out if they do offer US-based tracking for customers (aside from ordering samples or affiliate orders)? I'm starting a shop and I'm worried it will be frustrating for potential customers. 😬 Thank you!
Great question! It'll always come down to what your needs are specifically. Teespring, for example, is the better option for slapping designs on an almost ludicrous number of products if that's what you're looking for (mugs, shirts, posters, pins, etc.). That approach to Print on Demand is sometimes a little oversaturated though, in my opinion. If your brand is strong enough, you can sell on way less junk...so why not choose to work with a company that's leaps & bounds ahead of its 'competition' in terms of quality production & sustainability? For what I'm doing with my business, Teemill is the more attractive option for me because they care for the products they make long after the sale is completed. Their clothing can be returned & recycled straight back into their production process - and that's just not a commitment you see any other company making right now.
Good evening brother ☺️ I'm from India 🇮🇳 I too want to earn passively from my arts but I seems to get stuck on where to start from , which's less costly but profitable 😢As I'm only 17 yrs old and don't want to loss my passion to create, I hope I get your reply soon as I ought for your suggestion 🥺 please brother

Hi
Thanks for doing the review! Did Teemilll reply to your video?
Who would you personally recommend for a print on demand service. Many thanks 😊
Great video! Concise, informative, and phenomenal production value.

Much appreciated! Thanks!

How much is shipping to the US for Teemill products?

Thanks for the upload. Just beginning my journey with Tee Mill. Any advice would be appreciated.
I am new to teemill and its very user friendly and uploading my designs is such a good experience. I hope i am in the right place because I love it.
Thankyou for that.....i'm interested!
Great review, this is 12 months old, any chance of a cons follow up?
Do they offer print on demand greeting cards?

Thanks John and I agree with @jeremynjin7868 I’d love to know whether Teemill listened and made significant changes.

Totally agree about the sizing ..
Can you print your brand logo on the inside neck tag/label?
I wanted to ask that
No you can't. You can only print on the front or on the back. That's all.
please do a review on teemill marketplace
Teemill is good. I use till this day and get make a decent amount. I feel like it could be better tho.
How much do you make if you don’t mind answering?
Great video
Do they have kids clothing as well?
Yes they do
Thank you for sharing your opinion! +1 subscriber ;)
What's the tote bag like once washed?
Not too bad, but still collects dust & microfibers like crazy.
How long did it take to get an order from the UK to the US?
lol my exact thinking.. would love to know..
Teemil or teespring?

You're wrong to assume that everyone who watches this will be thrilled by your crappy background music. It's a distraction.
