Writing a book and constantly telling that this is the only truth is not going to prove anything. Honestly, I don't mind her telling her side of the story but, constantly telling "as I've written in the book" and selling it as gospel truth is not not going to help her case in anyway.

Any sub judice matter should not be discussed in the media as it can lead to miscarriage of justice(SC in State of Maharashtra v. Rajendra Jawanmal Gandhi, 1997). It has nothing to do with the "Gender". I guess Supreme Court's opinion has better qualification than yours. How a media sensation portrayed the accused as the victim instead, see K. M. Nanavati vs State Of Maharashtra. I can give hundred such examples.
Regarding her allegation of patriarchal conspiracy, we should form our own opinion. But I will suggest you to go though the case rom multiple sources not just from this podcast. Check what everyone including Courts, Police, her own daughter in her diary, her accomplice Khanna said. Also check why no FIR was filed even after 3 years of her daughter's death. She owned a media company and had political connection in high echelon. But to defend your ignorance, using the "shield of Patriarchy" is the lamest excuse.

Really ANI? Is this what we are doing now? Giving murderers a chance to tell their side of the story? It does not take a rocket scientist to see that this is less about the concern a mother has about the murder and disappearance of her child and more to do with getting good PR through a book that she has probably hired someone else to write. @SmitaPrakash - you know better than to call such people. According to the law “Appreciation of evidence”, which in simple terms means whether the evidence is solid or not, can be done by the trial judge only after the final arguments, that is once the entire recording of evidence by both, the prosecution and the defence, is completed. That’s a provision of law that is routinely misused by investigators and prosecutors to drag trials endlessly and by the time the trial ends the concerned cops are well past retirement after earning great fame for having “cracked” the case.

Sai Deepak, Vikram Sampat and now Ms. Indrani Mukharji. It is absolutely shocking that ANI podcast is providing a platform to a murder accused to influence public discourse. The honourable court must take cognizance of this action. Is it not a blatant violation of the bail facility the court awarded Ms. Mukherjee?
Now, the burning question is what prompted ANI podcasts to feature Ms. Mukherjee in their much loved and admired media platform? Will they extend the same facility to Mr., Sanjeev Khanna to tell his version of the case of Sheena Bora murder? We all know, they will never do that. Must say kudos to Ms. Mukherjee on her mastery over manipulative skill. She indeed is an institution in this domain.

of course she should be. The media and 80% of us dumb Indians who believe in herd mentality hounded her for fun. Shameful. She deserves apology.

I can bet she will. All the "journalists" will sell their soul and everybody else's for the controversial "scoop". Anyways I was never a fan of Smita or of any journalist. One becomes cynical. Ambitious people can't afford to have morals one guesses.

I generally dont comment. Extremely disappointed by Smita for giving platform ... I have heard almost all podcast on spotify
    But this is 😢
Her second ex husband sanjeev and driver confessed to crime
Her own son and daughter vidhie spoke against her under oath
Vidhie went on saying she is supported by her foster father Peter
This women is total lie ...and smita yiu arr not asking her right questions...this shows even you smita is one of them. Total disappointment ...lost a respect ...
She murdered her daughter and now saying she is alive ...God is watching ...

Narcissistic Indrani. Please be careful. These people are good storytellers. Why was the book launched now?
The case shown in Crime patrol is completely opposite. She was a trickster in that. A manipulative woman.
