Thank you for this! I felt as if I was driving around myself, watching this. You passed my some of my old neighborhoods, mom’s job, where she’s buried, and ended off at the last place I lived in Newark. It was bittersweet, yet exciting and refreshing to watch. Thank you 🙏🏾
Hey, you showed right where I was born at 115 Central Ave. right across the street from Orange Park. I was born in 1940. Sure brings back memories. And of course you drove past my old high school as well. Cool, and thanks!
I grew up in E.O. It's alot different from the E.O 20 plus year's ago. The crime rate was alot higher back then. The cleanest side of town, was Doddtown. It was considered the suburb side of East Orange, because it was closer to Bloomfield, and a lot more quite. Than across town in the NaughtyVille section.

Being from West, East, and Orange as well as Newark i can safely say these areas are all awful slumbuckets. Stay away, dont move here ever, rent is through the roof and crime even higher.
drive slower please. you missed all the historical sections in orange, such as the seven oaks/montrose section of orange. the deli where the Bush family would dine at, the valley art center, etc

The architecture is alot like parts of Providence it's kinda like you know there's good parts & bad parts! Like everywhere!!!
Woa I thought I was the only one that noticed this ! I live near EO and been to Providence RI a few times and noticed the similarities.
You basically went up,and down main street =/ central avenue . All the raggedy areas
