I am rarely up that way, however, East Orange & Newark were my old stomping grounds back in the 1990's and I remember A LOT more traffic on the roads, especially on a Friday evening.
Cool to see the area and what has changed and what has stayed the same.

Hello All !!! My wife , one year old and Myself are looking to get our first apartment in East orange. We are born and raised in queens our whole lives. Any advice about moving to east orange coming from NYC ??

Hello there. Am not from there, but I have read that East Orange is relatively safe, but the areas close to Newark (the eastern part) is not too safe at night. Am not sure how accurate is that information I read, though.
