Jen is the potions witch, Alice is the protection witch, Rio is the green witch, Lilia is the divination witch and I don't know about Agatha. I think they correlate loosely to the different elements. I think Agatha did suspect that Teen was Nicolas in some way.

Yes! I later realized that they represent each element of the pentagram, Agatha representing Spirit (which is even more obvious on episode 5)
