Thank you Anna. I always have my breakfast with your podcast. Today four words are totally new for me so I have listened to this episode more times. The spelling of each word/phrase is really helpful because it is a complicated thing in English and I wish I do it as natural as you do it :)

good job Anna. indeed, flotilla is a group of ships in Spanish. After the riots in Canary Islands go worse the government has sent a flotilla of warships, so as to taking over the control the turmoil as soon as possible.

Hi Anna, thank you for this lesson. I have a little question. When we say ' keep you updated' et not keep you updating because after keep we usually use ing forme. Thanks
The act I continue to do is updating so “I keep updating you” and in doing so “I am keeping you updated”.
I will keep you updated - refers to the outcome of my action rather than the action itself.
I keep feeding you. I will keep you well-fed.
I keep informing him. I keep him informed.

Time consuming with the words spelt. That could be simply avoided, somewhat redundant. Rather, citing more examples would have been more useful.
People don't have so much of time to spend 10 mins just to learn 5 words.

With Anna's fantastic daily podcasts, we're actually learning way more than simply 5 new words a day, and those 10 to 15 minutes in Anna's company devoted to learning English are an ever-renewed delight, and won't be a hindrance to the motivated learner - without taking into account the fact that, if they're short of time on a daily basis, there's nothing to prevent them from grouping their viewing into 1 hour a week at another time or on weekends.
What you just testify to, here, is that we're unfortunately in this deplorable era of zapping, where things shouldn't take more than a minute or two, and where people no longer know how to sit back, enjoy, concentrate, reflect, meditate, go deeper and really learn something.
Now, every extension, every development by Anna, every side road taken alongside her is a pleasure and a source of learning and inspiration. And may this displease you... I never waste my time with Anna. On the other hand, I feel I've wasted a few seconds of my existence reading your opinion and comment ...
May mine, and in all humility, be of greater benefit to you and, why not, a food for thought in the light of your comments and critics.
