Suprised he even DM'd you, as far as i know he just doesn't respond ever. I had an issue with an order and some silly contest on his Instagram page I had won. Both the order and contest pack never arrived. It took about 4 months to get him to finally make an effort and respond, he handled it very quickly, so quickly in fact he even forgot to put wheels inside of the little velvet baggies. only 1 set out of 3 sets were actually inside, and it wasn't even the correct style of wheel. I tried contacting him again. It's been about a month now, and TBH I can't be bothered anymore. If he reads it, fine. If he doesn't, fine. I've made my peace with never getting the wheels I wanted. White Joycult OG wheels. I spent 140 bucks, to end up with some blem wheels. I still support his company, but I guess I just needed to get this off my chest. Great video as always Jeremy
