Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme is my number one everyday fragrance. On my skin nothing comes close to the scent, versatility, and overall appeal in most any situation.
You did an amazing job describing the different aspects and feelings of chanel eau extreme. Every word from scent to longevity to versatility to not smelling on yourself for a while but others can is 100% on point. I have a 150ml bottle and just purchased another for back up. In the 200 bottles of fragrances I own, probably the most versatile. Dressed down or up winter or summer and mass pleasing. I also have Bleu de chanel, and this is the more playful chanel. It gets more compliments than many. In fact I got 2 separate compliments within 2 minutes apart, one from the lady at car rental behind the desk and another lady in the parking lot picking up the car.
I love your word choices: Esoteric and Uninitiated. Your overall description is very amazing. I just ordered a bottle. I’m excited. I’m sure it’s arrival will be a mystical experience for all the ladies lucky enough to encounter my scent bubble. 👍🏾
I absolutely love this fragrance and it is my signature for warm weather. However the weird thing is, I've never actually received a compliment for this fragrance, apart from my girlfriend who gets weak in the knees when she smells it on me.

If you put on enough of it and take it to the workplace where you have a physical job and sweat, after many hours, it Transforms into a really nice, fairly strong, skin scent that you will never get, if you do not activate it, in a similar manner. I especially notice it rolling off my arms. This is what made me appreciate it!
Best descriptive review I've heard of Allure Extreme. My staple is BDC EDP and Parfum. Both those are wonderful and last 10 hours on my skin. I'll be adding Allure Extreme for spring and summer this year.

This one and amouage reflection have this energy field around it. Something magical in the air. It's like an aura, a second skin. I just purchased this for the first time and it arrived yesterday, this is a great fragrance. I'm not well versed in notes etc. but it just smells so good. I did get the mint off top but the drydown is amazing
You give great reviews. I will definitely be careful with amount of sprays. I have a bottle coming in a few days. I smelled it and loved it. Asked my wife what she thinks and to my surprise she loved it. Trust your insight on fragrances, you give great details👍🏼👍🏼.
I am getting better mate, its just that neck sprain takes a long time to go away for some reason. Definitely worth sampling as this fragrance is just lovable.

Another excellent review. I've only recently found your channel and you are quickly becoming one of my favorite fragrance reviewers. Well done! I need to get my nose on this one. Fragrance is a new hobby for me. It has only been a year. I have an easier time finding fragrances for the cooler months and special occasions, but finding a unique fragrance that does well in hotter temperatures has been difficult. This sounds promising.

You're not the only one who gets a neroli vibe AC! It's faint on my skin and overwhelmed by an orangy aromatic sweetness, but it's there. Can't say I find it weird, but it definitely is supremely versatile! Number one all-rounder in many reviewers' books.

To me, this is really, as you said, a niche freshie!
Bit late to the party AC, even though I watched this review a while ago. I avoided this fragrance for as long as possible (due to the hype). However, I caved in earlier this year. John Lewis (in the U.K.) have occasional 10% discount offers on Chanel fragrances, so I treated myself. Holy smoke 💨….the sillage is amazing. People several feet away turn around and pay attention! The opening is stunning! However, I love the creamy dry down. Like the original sport flanker, I go nose blind to the scent after a few hours, but others can still pick it up. It continues to project for several hours. I think it’s a masterpiece!

Other frag-tubers are like “Smells so good, yeah, you should buy it, I like it a lot” lol Your description really gives a descriptive Note breakdown of what the fragrance really smells like. I bought this days ago and just waiting for it to arrive. I have never smelled it before.
Hello AC. I tried this in a store today and I really like it a lot. Had this on one hand and Blue de Chanel EDP on the other, which is also really nice. But I find myself keep sniffing this one, especially when I started getting an aquatic vibe. The Allure seems to jump off my skin a bit more. Really very nice. Think I will be acquiring this one. By the way, have you tried Neroli Voyage by Floris? I had a sample and really enjoyed it. Lovely fresh clean aquatic with neroli. For next spring/summer I know but just thought I'd mention it due to the aquatic note in the Allure Extreme.
Tank you Keith, and I can fully understand why you liked CAHSEE so much, its one of a kind scent and I am quite fond of it too. I haven't tried Neroli Voyage yet , but if I am down in London sometime I shall now that you mention it.
I've been wearing CAHSEE since 2016 and was my first fragrance purchase and is my signature scent. The last fragrance I bought was Chanel Antaeus which I love and would be interested in seeing your take on it.
Hey AC. Love this scent but I become nose blind to it. I wear fragrances for myself mainly. Luckily I just found an amazing deal from a liquidator. 100 ml's for $50 each. One of the bottles is AHSEE EDT. I'm curious if you notice any differences compared to the EDP.
Already bought AHS eau extreme 150ml, batch 4201....2019/6.....got versace pour homme vibe (I have it)....but AHS eau extreme got smooth tonka and slightly sweet lemony mint. Good for office and casual...like it...have to try a month...maybe I love the scent more 🙂
Brilliant stuff mate! If you're looking for something just as versatile yet utterly refined from the same line, try Edition Blanche EDP. The sillage is gorgeous like a lemon pie covered in vanilla. Perfect if you still want to smell incredible, but you don't want to draw so much attention.
Ah yes, nice seeing my signature fragrance getting good reviews. And I agree with the name, its too oriental and woody too have the word "sport" in it, even though the freshness of the opening stays with the drydown.
Good fragrance, the name is awful i do agree, should of been called allure eau fraiche. Very easy to wear, my dressed down fragrance, if prada is for work this is for play. Another fair point made here is if you overspray you might end up with a headache its super sweet in the mid and pushes a lot. I got 50ml of this the same time i got dior sauvage, aqua di gio profumo and bleu de chanel (all bigger bottles) and ran out of allure first. Next to prada and varvatos my most complimented. Strange what appeals to women doesnt always grab me when i buy for myself but AC is on the money with this review as usual. Nicely done mate hope you won the cricket!
Hahah I can see why you ran out of AHSEE first, its just that sort of a scent. I am the same I have so many fragrances but I keep reaching out for this one the most :) Glad you enjoyed the review buddy and yeah the cricket season has been a bit of a mixed bag to be honest.

I don't get the lovely Herbal and Citrus undertones with my EDTC compared to my EDP. It was a tester that I got from a Macy's Liquidator. Curious if you think the top notes have faded or maybe these notes weren't players in the original formulation? It was a new tester that had never been sprayed.
I love this one and it was always a top 3 complimented fragrances across women of all age ranges. It's a fragrance with that Chanel spit 'n polish, but there is just something so lovable about this one over other tonka/orange type scents. Sadly, my EDT (Jan 2012 batch) ran dry last year and I've yet to replace it with the newer EDP. The EDP smells like, but it's just a little different and performance is a poor...4-5 hours versus 7-8 hours with the EDT. Likewise, it's a skin scent and not one compliment. I try not to complain about the reforumlations, but I lost a lot of love for this one. Enjoyed the review, for sure!
Jim I couldn't agree more mate, this fragrance is just so lovable, but hinestly I do not get much different performance on the new EDTs plus the compliments have been the same for me, sorry to hear your reduced experience from the newer EDPs.
Great review AC unfortunately I'm not so much a fan of this one...on my skin I get an eggy raw off putting smell on my skin...and that's from almost all of the allure flankers except edition blanche which I have not smell..bleu de Chanel is the only Chanel frag that I like
When I first got this I felt like there was too much Tonka. I don't like it on myself as much as I like it in the air on someone else. It is also one of my biggest compliment getters
I could see your point if I was using the vintage EDT Concentree Kyle but not in the current EDP, but then fragrances do behave differently on different skin types I suppose.

Hi Munir, women's ability to smell fragrances of air is different to Mens. Projection is always measured by how long you can smell it yourself and that can also be affected by oilfactive Fatigue.

By the way, have you tried Neroli Voyage by Floris? I had a sample and really enjoyed it. Lovely fresh clean aquatic with neroli. For next spring/summer I know but just thought I'd mention it due to the aquatic note in the Allure Extreme.

I've been wearing CAHSEE since 2016 and was my first fragrance purchase and is my signature scent. The last fragrance I bought was Chanel Antaeus which I love and would be interested in seeing your take on it.

Hey AC. Love this scent but I become nose blind to it. I wear fragrances for myself mainly. Luckily I just found an amazing deal from a liquidator. 100 ml's for $50 each. One of the bottles is AHSEE EDT. I'm curious if you notice any differences compared to the EDP.
Already bought AHS eau extreme 150ml, batch 4201....2019/6.....got versace pour homme vibe (I have it)....but AHS eau extreme got smooth tonka and slightly sweet lemony mint. Good for office and casual...like it...have to try a month...maybe I love the scent more 🙂

Brilliant stuff mate! If you're looking for something just as versatile yet utterly refined from the same line, try Edition Blanche EDP. The sillage is gorgeous like a lemon pie covered in vanilla. Perfect if you still want to smell incredible, but you don't want to draw so much attention.

Ah yes, nice seeing my signature fragrance getting good reviews. And I agree with the name, its too oriental and woody too have the word "sport" in it, even though the freshness of the opening stays with the drydown.

Good fragrance, the name is awful i do agree, should of been called allure eau fraiche.
Very easy to wear, my dressed down fragrance, if prada is for work this is for play.
Another fair point made here is if you overspray you might end up with a headache its super sweet in the mid and pushes a lot.
I got 50ml of this the same time i got dior sauvage, aqua di gio profumo and bleu de chanel (all bigger bottles) and ran out of allure first. Next to prada and varvatos my most complimented. Strange what appeals to women doesnt always grab me when i buy for myself but AC is on the money with this review as usual. Nicely done mate hope you won the cricket!
Hahah I can see why you ran out of AHSEE first, its just that sort of a scent. I am the same I have so many fragrances but I keep reaching out for this one the most :)

I don't get the lovely Herbal and Citrus undertones with my EDTC compared to my EDP. It was a tester that I got from a Macy's Liquidator. Curious if you think the top notes have faded or maybe these notes weren't players in the original formulation? It was a new tester that had never been sprayed.

I love this one and it was always a top 3 complimented fragrances across women of all age ranges. It's a fragrance with that Chanel spit 'n polish, but there is just something so lovable about this one over other tonka/orange type scents. Sadly, my EDT (Jan 2012 batch) ran dry last year and I've yet to replace it with the newer EDP. The EDP smells like, but it's just a little different and performance is a poor...4-5 hours versus 7-8 hours with the EDT. Likewise, it's a skin scent and not one compliment. I try not to complain about the reforumlations, but I lost a lot of love for this one. Enjoyed the review, for sure!
Jim I couldn't agree more mate, this fragrance is just so lovable, but hinestly I do not get much different performance on the new EDTs plus the compliments have been the same for me, sorry to hear your reduced experience from the newer EDPs.
Great review AC unfortunately I'm not so much a fan of this one...on my skin I get an eggy raw off putting smell on my skin...and that's from almost all of the allure flankers except edition blanche which I have not smell..bleu de Chanel is the only Chanel frag that I like

When I first got this I felt like there was too much Tonka. I don't like it on myself as much as I like it in the air on someone else. It is also one of my biggest compliment getters
I could see your point if I was using the vintage EDT Concentree Kyle but not in the current EDP, but then fragrances do behave differently on different skin types I suppose.

I must say, I prefer the vintage EDT but not by much, the current EDT does the job as well.
I bought it recently and fell in love with this scent. But I always felt the performance was poor. If what you said is true then I am satisfied.
I truly have experienced compliments long after I thought it had dissipated from my skin to be honest. I think it gives you nose fatigue.

Hi Munir, women's ability to smell fragrances of air is different to Mens.
Projection is always measured by how long you can smell it yourself and that can also be affected by oilfactive Fatigue.
