Ocala is not on the coast of the state, no a category 5 hurricane yet passing through Central Florida, it generally loses a lot of speed when it touches the ground

By the same time next year these homes will be selling for $200,000 and they’re going to be hard to sell even at that price. The economy is dead!!!!!
I do not agree with you, Frank. The median home price in Central FL is $378,000 and in the country $400k. This type of house is for families who can’t afford the highest prices, we are talking about concrete, not wood frame. Ocala is a more than 1% faster-growing area in the United States. I think you should do another search about this

The houses are design to resist 140 mph in Ocala ( Cat 4 )
