Yes, just applied the marker directly. I used sharpee metallic gold markers, but you can use gundam markers if you can get one. I suggest practicing on some scrap plastics first so you can control your strokes. Thanks!

Did you top coat after painting the gold strips with sharpie? If not do they stay?

Does the rg decal on this kit works fine? Cuz rg is pretty crappy now I want to go with this one
Also, does the gundam marker easy to use? I'm pretty much a spray guy and never tried these before
Same scale so the decals will work just fine. Use markers or airbrush, whichever you prefer. Goodluck!

Hi! If use fine to super fine sand paper, around 600-1000 grit, you'll be fine. In my case, i used a nail buffer. Good luck on your build!

Not yet. I'm planning to, but not sure if I'll go glossy or matte
@@mankeeboi I hear that bandai decals peels off thru time if not top coated. Gloss top coat would be nice for sinanju.
@@johncarlonavasero591 yeah, leaning more towards a glossy finish for this. Maybe matte on the black gold parts.
