My ears perked up at the beginning every time I heard "Zero Golf Mike". The Aviators are looking great Max. World class views on this one. The laps around the Statue of Liberty were awesome. I almost felt like I needed to break into song with our National Anthem. God Bless America!
I saw the statue in 1972 coming in from the water to Hoboken NJ. I was on an Landing Craft Utility ( LCU ) US Army our skipper woke everyone up for our early morning arrival. Still thanking him today. Thanks for your work today. Even though you did this 1 year ago. Thanks.
Appreciate your radio technique. There's almost always time for a brief exchange of courtesy. I've never tallked to anyone that didn't appreciate it. I had an an approach controller tell me once that he wished "the big boys" would make the effort to make an initial call like mine. I was floored, and luckily I had someone aboard who could witness that a controller actually took the time to say that. I thin it just helps create the best relationships - which can be important. Bravo Zulu, Max! Say Hi to CitationMom and her cookies!
This was fun Max! When I was flying my CRJs for PSA, Bluestreak!, which I heard on this flight!, as an FO we would fly up the W side of Manhattan and then fly down East River land on 22. Was like I could reach out and touch the buildings! What a view! GoPro doesn’t do it justice! I wish I could share pictures here. Last Sep wife and I went to the city for 20th Anniversary trip. She had never been. Friend of ours who flies/owns a Mustang who lives on LI picked us up at Islip in his Agusta Helo, flew us around Lady Liberty, up the E River, across Central Park then landed us on the W side helo pad! What a great flight that was. Also went in his seats to last Yankee home game. His seats are right behind Yanks dugout!
Max, I always love watching your vids. You seem like such a kind & professional young man. I’m sure your family is so proud of you. Thanks for all the sharing!
Nice flight Max, love how you take safety so seriously. Shows how professional you are. I'm an older guy unfortunately don't have the skills to fly so watch you and Premiere 1 .
YEAH!... Love The Smell Of Jet Fuel, Especially in the morning was a common saying when I was working the flightdeck in the Navy. But not so much when a jet would open its fuel dump probe while standing downwind and get a face full of JP5 spray. YUK!!
Great flight, brought back awesome childhood memories flying out of Teterboro with my private pilot father in the 1970's/1980's in Piper Cherokee's mostly. Circling lady Liberty never gets old! 🇺🇸
Thanks Max for taking us on this ride. Always fun to fly in the jet with ya but forget how much beautiful scenery you can see in smaller slower aircraft. Live in the West so thanks for the narrative and views of the East from on top!
Enjoyed the video - brought back memories - have done that sightseeing trip many times our ot FRG, to Tneck, across Central Park and down the Hudson, around Lady Liberty and then return. White Plains: on a business trip out of FRG, landed there to pick up a passenger, was warned about wind shear, added 15 knots in a T Tail arrow, hit the shear, goosed the throttle and nothing, finally got a climb, but never again flew a T Tail anything. Regular tail reacts instantly to the prop - not a T Tail.
Wow! I've never seen the NYC skyline like this. I'll be watching this one several times. Central Park, Lady Liberty, all the buildings, the Hudson. Wow, CitationmaxNo.1 son awesome video, THANKS!
Can I just say I've only got interested in flying recently due to the recent Microsoft flight simulator PC game, and i just love watching your videos on TH-cam. That video has just had myself my wife and my 8yr old daughter mesmerized. Cant tell you how good that was. There should be awards for TH-cam videos if their was this would win hands down. Look forward to many more of your videos. I'm 44yr old UK electrical engineer and I plan on having flying lessons for my birthday. Thank you so much. Keep safe.
Kuul Max Neat prop start. Thanks for sharing. Safe aviatiing. You are correct, the best way IS the safe way. If only all pilots had your attitude and professional demeanour.
Nice flight bud! Loved seein our Lady Liberty!! Beautiful flight....and really nice how u are now wearing the same sunglasses as Greg ! I def want a pair of those now lol. Take care. Safe flying as always...love your channel...
A great scenic flight video Max. It must be strange going from the Citation to the Cirrus. Your radio skills never cease to impress me. I like that you are a careful, methodical pilot and always use your checklist. You fly like the aircraft is an extension of your body.
This was an awesome episode! I had it playing on the big screen and was pointing out different areas I have been to my wife (who is from Cuba). Thanks for sharing brother!
I've been to the US (from London, UK) several times but never seen the Statue of Liberty. Had lunch in the restaurant top of the WTC, back in the day. Sadly no more. Absolutely terrific video. Love following you and Premier1Driver. Thank you
I remember back in the mid-1980s, doing the Hudson Corridor flight many times after I got my pilot's license. Some of my best memories were of my dad and I spending the afternoon taking off from NE Phila airport (PNE) in a Piper Warrior, cruising up the through northern NJ and dropping down to 800ft to do the flight. I have pictures of us way below the top of the World Trade Towers. Thanks for bringing back some great memories!
I don't blame you for making the 2nd turn. Lady Liberty was looking beautiful that day. Than again as a New Yorker myself I may have a jaded opinion about her.
Love the engine sound from the SR22! Great view of Manhattan from top to bottom! From this vantage point, I can easily see why Cactus1549 picked the Hudson to set her down on.
Great video Max!!! What a beautiful day to fly the Hudson. I just recently flew the skyline a few weeks ago, departed from Old Bridge 3N6. You are so right about flying the skyline and being up in the bravo than being lower and having to self announce. Fly safe and thanks again for the awesome video!!
Wait, what? Max in a piston airplane? What a scenic flight, with perfect weather. Thanks for sharing, loved this video Max, and your landing was MONEY!
What a great ride down the Hudson! Made a couple of trips to N.Y.C. in my younger days but didn't make it out to Lady Liberty. Now I have and what a view! It's been great to see your graduation from the pistons to the turbines. Love your videos! You do your Family Proud.
That plane is gorgeous! Lovely interior, very modern and new looking, serious avionics in those Garmin units, would they be the same as in the citation?
My ears perked up at the beginning every time I heard "Zero Golf Mike". The Aviators are looking great Max. World class views on this one. The laps around the Statue of Liberty were awesome. I almost felt like I needed to break into song with our National Anthem. God Bless America!
Really glad you enjoyed it! Definitely is a incredible view... a privilege to be able to do it.
God love both you guys. True Patriots. Love your choice of music.
Premier 1 Driver missing your content. Hope all is well. 👊
likewise missing your uploads so so much
It definitely felt odd seeing you in a propeller plane and not your Citation Jet. Great flight Max.
Makes an Americans heart proud to see Lady Liberty still standing tall. TYVM Max!!!
Beautiful views. NYC looks fantastic!!
Nice Plane, great Speed Racer paint
Great video. As a former resident of 4WTC who has not been there since late Feb good to see that building again. "Greased it..."
My favorite livery of any plane I have ever seen.
Ha! It sure is unique.
Gulf colours look great on everything ;)

Thanks for the tour!
That paintjob looks fantastic on the Cirrus
Great landing
Great landing, Max!!!

Wow! That sounds awesome. Nothing like flying a jet up the Hudson. Thanks for watching
Yes, the Hudson Corridor!!! You already know it’s gonna be a good video.
That was cool thanks love that corridor and agree going above the Bravo is what to do and I’ll heed that advice
Max, I always love watching your vids. You seem like such a kind & professional young man. I’m sure your family is so proud of you. Thanks for all the sharing!
Love the multi-view edit... I miss living in the HPN area. Fun flying out there.
I'm near there - so sad to see both GA and commercial traffic close to zilch.
Awesome! Miss NYC!
Awesome ride along, thank you Max, stay safe.
Thanks Colin! Same to you.
What an amazing flight!Well done!
can agree, the NYC SFRA/corridor/skyline is the most beautiful flight to take. everytime its beautiful
I usually go at 1200' but always bring PFDs for every person onboard but i do agree it's way more safe to talk to atc and get the clearance
Nice flight Max, love how you take safety so seriously. Shows how professional you are. I'm an older guy unfortunately don't have the skills to fly so watch you and Premiere 1 .
Great flight! Very much appreciate the pilot discipline you demonstrate on each flight, A model aviator!
Thank you Ray! I’m really happy you liked the video.
Cool short flight around the Lady - also very nice flare Max - awesome as usual.
Landings are all buttery my friend. Great flight. Nice job.
Great video beautiful views of NEW YORK CITY! Take Care stay safe!
YEAH!... Love The Smell Of Jet Fuel, Especially in the morning was a common saying when I was working the flightdeck in the Navy. But not so much when a jet would open its fuel dump probe while standing downwind and get a face full of JP5 spray. YUK!!
Oh boy! I'm sure that is not fun... Thanks For your service and for watching Mike!
I was born in NYC and lived there most of my life. Been to the SOL many times. This video was very special to me. Thank you!
Great flight, brought back awesome childhood memories flying out of Teterboro with my private pilot father in the 1970's/1980's in Piper Cherokee's mostly. Circling lady Liberty never gets old! 🇺🇸

Another great video Max. What a change from the Citation.Real flying. Not as sterile.
Another awesome video, Max. I see this Cirrus often at KHPN. She's a beauty. Safe travels and blue skies.
Thanks Giorgio! Safe travels.

Neat prop start. Thanks for sharing. Safe aviatiing. You are correct, the best way IS the safe way. If only all pilots had your attitude and professional demeanour.
Thanks Max. Really like this. I remember your “flying with the heavies” when you took off from JFK and did the same thing.
Nice flight bud! Loved seein our Lady Liberty!! Beautiful flight....and really nice how u are now wearing the same sunglasses as Greg ! I def want a pair of those now lol. Take care. Safe flying as always...love your channel...

I enjoyed this video Max. It brought back some memories of flying in a single prop (Bonanza) also of my first and only visit of NYC in 2011.
What an Awesome view of Manhattan. Thx for that Max, really enjoyed this flight. :)

Thanks Mark! Glad you enjoyed it and brought back some great memories. Be well
2:35. I did an audio “double take” when I thought you said it was important to you to stay “pissed and current.” 😳🤣
I don't blame you for making the 2nd turn. Lady Liberty was looking beautiful that day. Than again as a New Yorker myself I may have a jaded opinion about her.
Loved the ride! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for that talk about "work" . ANY job can be exciting and fun, if you give it your best !!!
So liberty island is in New Jersey. More love for Jersey please. Nice flight btw.
awesome flight , originally from NY but I've been living in VA for the past 20 yrs. watching this video makes me even more homesick.
Love the engine sound from the SR22! Great view of Manhattan from top to bottom! From this vantage point, I can easily see why Cactus1549 picked the Hudson to set her down on.
Your series with u flying max is is amazing
Thanks for taking us along! The VFR corridor was a part of my cross country for my check ride when I got my Private.
Used to live in Brooklyn years ago and flying the Hudson is still on my bucket list. I was surprised how spacious the Cirrus is.
Thanks Max brings a lot of My New York memories back
I miss flying the hudson. Good times. I saw that exact cirrus as well one day at hpn
Great video!
It will help me in FS2020 with my SR22 landings. I have to get use to the higher speeds as compared to the Cessna 172.
I love the Cirrus aircraft, too, Max! Awesome!
Thanks Kevin! Safe flying.
Sweet flight! That was fun to see thanks!
Wait, what? Max in a piston airplane? What a scenic flight, with perfect weather. Thanks for sharing, loved this video Max, and your landing was MONEY!
I was probably on Governors Island while you were sightseeing Liberty. The view never gets old.
I really enjoyed that flight Max. Loved the scenery along the river.
Happy to hear that! Thanks Ken
What a great ride down the Hudson! Made a couple of trips to N.Y.C. in my younger days but didn't make it out to Lady Liberty. Now I have and what a view! It's been great to see your graduation from the pistons to the turbines. Love your videos! You do your Family Proud.

Continued success flying when you can. I hope you and your family are doing well even though this global problem has has effected everyone.
Watching you from Kensico plaza ...... @CitationMax dude you have to get some designer to work on a KHPN scenery for us down here on XPLANE !!! 😉😎
Very cool video I’d like to learn how to fly someday. The info is good.
