Kittens Using LITTER BOX for the First Time - Dad Cat Comes to See Litter Training

- At five weeks the kittens suddenly learnt new skills like drinking water and using their litter box. I had tried litter training a couple of times at younger age but only when they were 5 weeks old they somehow figured out what this box was for. In the middle of filming a kitten drinking water I noticed that something was happening in the litter box. Dad cat Oliver came to see the kittens as well, and we witnessed this new milestone together - actually twice as little Olivia came to poop soon after his brother had used the litter box for the fist time. Who could have ever guessed that using a cat's toilet could be so cute!
It was quite funny that Dad Oliver reacted as if he knew something special was happening at the litter box. I've never seen him come to sniff his kitties in the litter box before or after this.

One of my downstairs neighbors had three two-month-old feral kittens take up residence in his patio area. They were pooping along the margins of that area and creating a need for cleanup. I got him a small litter box and a bag of litter. Within two or three hours the kittens were using it exclusively. I've never had issues with cats knowing how to use a litter box. A dedicated sandy area seems to appeal to them naturally, and nearly every kitten I've had here has gone to using the litter box without persuasion before they're a month old.
Their dad also learnt to use litter box the same day he came to me although he was born in a barn. At first these kittens used the litter box as a playground, but after I filmed this they all suddenly started to use it as their litter box and actually they also started to go to their parents' litter boxes so this small one was in use for only a week or so.
Yes. We took in 2 cats that was 1 year old that had been living in our farm house and barn their entire life and never been inside a regular house. First day inside I did show them the litter box and demonstrated to them it was for digging, they got the idea immediately and from day one used the litter box. They was kept inside for the first month of moving 15km so they would regard it as their new home. After that they did mostly go outside to do their litter business.

Our Bengal cat couple had 1 kitten and we put the kitten in the mini litter box for first time and it did not go so well... The kitten started eating the kitty litter like a hungry hungry hippo and we had to lift him out of there while he was greedily chewing and kitty litter pouring out of his mouth as we lifted him. It was then we discovered the poor kitten was starving because his mom had lost all her milk, so we had to put him on solid food early and also give him milk substitute . Not long after we tried litter training again and then it all went well and he did his business ;)
At least 1 kitten seemed to have blood coming out along with its poop.
No, that’s how their poop looks like while they’re still feeding on their mother’s milk! Only one of the kittens was filmed pooping and it was her first time ever. She’s struggling to get it out, but it looks perfectly normal.
I eat cereal out of bigger bowls than that lol
