Hi Rino. Beautiful pace. I have fallen madly in love with Weiss’s music… most guitarists seem to race through this piece. Your interpretation suits my taste the most. Thank you I will be adding this to my playlist and will be sharing this with all my friends!
Great job! Greetings from Wells Branch, TX. I have been “clawing away “ at the Fredrick Noad transcription of this suite for years. Your performance is more complete. Your phrasing & dynamics have inspired me to keep at it.
@@rinocandela thanks. Unfortunately neither they nor the Savarez worked with my 1951 Rodolfo Paralupi lutaio guitar. They all buzzed. I now use Italian made nylgut strings and have eliminated this annoying problem. Unfortunately although they sound beautiful they are not so loud.
@@ednaturner307 Unfortunately with old guitars it's always difficult to find the good spot between buzz and general volume. I think that nylgut it's best solution in your case even if it's less loud. I always think that quality of sound is more important than loundness, so you did the right choice!
C'est une version de la sonate de Dresden complète. C'est extraordinaire votre travail. C'est un plaisir de vous écouter. Quel est le nom du luthier ? Le son est très pur.
Hello Sir Rino! Bravo! Beautiful playing. Any tips on how to Memorize and practice this Weiss Suite? This is my piece for my senior recital. Thank you! :)
Thank you so much! The best practice is to play and memorize small sections first, then playing the single pieces of the suite and in the end trying to play the all suite. Instead about the practice, I think it's very important to record yourself (also with just the phone) and then listening with the score to the polyphony. Let me know if it helps! 😊
@@rinocandela Thank you very much sir! Looking forward for more videos of you performing! So far this is the best interpretation I've seen on TH-cam. God Bless you sir Rino! Cheers from the Philippines 🎸
Hi Livsie, thank you very much! I worked on this version www.universaledition.com/sonata-for-guitar-weiss-silvius-leopold-ue14426 than I compared it to another one that I found online. 🤞🏻

@Edward Kimball Yes! I have the series of Fredrick Noad books as well. The Gigue from this suite is my favorite part.
