And yet, You stand before… Nothing, a living contradiction. The Missing one.
More like it first shows like normal missingno but when you catch it you continue to be in the attack part and missingno evolves immediately it's just that it breaks the evolve sequence and turns into this and so the fight starts
The manifestation of all those beings who couldn't be created in time. All joined by a number, different errors, infuriated, lost from the true world. They finally manage to join forces and fight. Maybe, just maybe, the error can be brought to the true world, and become just like one of the rest... Idk made this up since Missingno is literally a placeholder for the like 50 different pokemon who could've existed but at the end weren't made, instead being near unfindable glitches with a very specific and random method I love this design and idea so much

I like the intro. It starts as a slightly messed up version of Arceus’ theme, referencing something off in reality, before warping more and shutting down completely, like existence rebooting. However, when it comes back, it just goes full ham. Good work!
A new player just got there first Pokémon game, they never saw any spoilers for it at all, they got there starter Pokémon, fought there rival, and now going to catch their first Pokémon. And the first Pokémon is this, a level 100 Missingno, and wipe there starter with ease, there three things that might happen, one they quit, two they carry on wishing to train to defeat it one day, or three, they look at the wiki to know what the hell what was that thing
Battle concept; Missingno appears in the distance, coming towards your Pokémon. It spends each turn coming closer, and when it is finally there, it starts attacking, with stats of 255 across the board. You have to either catch of defeat it before it wipes your party.
An alternate idea. It has very normal, maybe even below average, stats. However, it gains levels much faster than other pokemon, and as you would hit level 100, you get a message. "You feel like it hasn't reached its full potential..." You can level it up all the way to 255!

A battle against MissingNo sounds like it would be pretty epic and apocalyptic, especially if we imagine MissingNo itself as this malevolent, world-ending beast that the characters in the main story of the game even warn you to stay away from throughout your adventure because of how dangerous MissingNo is. When you encounter this thing in-game, I can imagine the transition between the overworld and the battlefield being screen shredding and stray pixels, followed by the bright flash reminiscent of a Legendary Pokémon encounter, and every time MissingNo attacks you in battle, the fabric of reality starts to gradually fall apart and the graphics will start to lose color and lower in quality over time, even traversing backwards from generation to generation until you, the battlefield, and MissingNo itself start to take on the 8-bit, pixelated graphics of Pokémon Red and Green. And once caught, everyone you know and meet in that very moment herald you as a hero for saving them from MissingNo.
