My 5” has great frame and barrel fit. The trigger breaks about 4.5 but break extremely clean and reset is consistent plus the trigger itself isn’t sloppy feeling. The disconnector wasn’t shaped correctly so I hit it with a couple passes with a diamond file not really taking anything off then white stoned it and Emory paper sanded it. The underside of the slide had a weird tool mark on the flat they cut as a ramp for the disconnector to ride on till it hits its track under the slide and the angle looked off on the angle that first contacts the disconnector as well. I cleaned that angle up with a diamond file carefully and white stoned the whole underside track. Any areas i modified will not be seen as a modification once the pistol has been shot a bit. Don’t grind and file unless you are careful and know what to look and feel for think jewelers and watch repair mentality. I put a 13 pound recoil spring in but left the stock mainspring. The extractor had just about perfect tension. I can eject live rounds out of the port without a magazine no matter how slow I retract the slide but also i can easily pop the rounds off the bottom extractor with my finger with little pressure with the slide off. So I tested fired it after the changes 40 rounds 124 SB no failures to feed load or extract. I didn’t test accuracy I just mag dumped. I then did the 10-8 extractor ejection test and it was 100% pass. So far so good with $8 spent on a different spring and hours studying and carefully fitting time well spent to learn more about my particular pistol.
@ChambersCustom Good morning. I’m here thanks to Bill from Lock N Load Radio. I’ve been messing around with a 5 inch version and have experienced a lot of the issues that you mention in your Instagram live. I’m hearing that the 4 1/4 inch model is experiencing fewer problems than the 5 inch. I’ve been thinking about venturing into the 4 1/4 inch with the hopes that I get a good one. Mostly for my channel but after watching your videos, I may stay away. Thank you for all the information. Cheers!

Already sent mine back to SA. Same issues but also light primer strikes and not return to battery. Not 1 clean mag out of over 600 rds
I look forward to seeing your recommended changes to this gun.
He has an IG live that spells out his recommended bare minimum and everything he'd do, and how much each cost.

Of all the pictures and vids of handguns i have seen in the net for me the chambers custom lightfighter is the best and definitely my favorite.
That slide cycles slowly.
Yes...yes it does...
Ive had 3 SA pistols, all have been sent back to SA to be fixed.
That one needs to go to the Dr.
Super sluggish.
Yeah, that's what happens when you have the wrong springs in a gun with too much disconnector tension.
Lol nice hint
it looks perfect to me... 🙄🤔🤣🤣🤣
