    Beautiful Fish! That dead bait on the bottom is really killer there. They really seem to swallow it so that single hook is a good idea!

    At 105ft, how are you releasing these trout healthy. I have had problems with air sacks coming out of the mouth. I would really like to know, thanks.
    Great video btw

    • @heneryDoDs
      @heneryDoDs 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Take it slow, let them fight, let them burp. Biggest thing is dont just yard them to the hole, which can be hard if you get excited.
      Unfortunately some of them just dont make it though, if something keeps them from burping it can be tough.

  • @brandonduncan9948
    @brandonduncan9948 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I'm planning a trip there in a couple weeks and was wondering how thick the ice is and if you could suggest a couple spots to drive on if it's safe enough.

    • @fishinggeeks
      @fishinggeeks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      15-16inches in most places. Drive on from the Provincial point and fish either in front of the marina or any 3 points to the east. Honestly fish are everywhere

    Unfortunately not everyone knows how to handle these fish as well as these boys do. When you head out on the lake on a Monday after a weekend it looks like a slaughter took place with all blood on the ice. I’m sure hundreds are needlessly killed. Lots of numbers can be caught but the quality is declining fast thanks to our bone head regulations on this lake.
