hello i got some questions, some things you change but you don't explane why. i place the timestamp here with the question, Thank you. 11:11 why change PI-Start remote to True 11:23 what is the (extra) reason to change the callsign? 11:30 What remove the # for "shutdown" ?
Hi Andre, True enables the pi-star remote control setting. The reason for changing the call sign is so it knows only that callsign is allowed to issue the commands. Removing the # on shutdown Enables the shutdown talkgroup commend.

On my brandmeister page under my devices where my dmr id is mine is red, it used to be a green plug for 2 years up until a week ago now my hotspot won't work. How do I get that to go green again anyone who can help please do thank you
If your DMRID is red that is a indication that you need to set the bm master in your hot spot along with your hotspot security password that is set in self care on the brandmeister website.

It will show up on the screen of the pi-star following boot up. Then type it into your browser and the dashboard will open.
