Hey Shayla, worm tub fan here. As far as I know, you should add Knockdhu distillery to this list, makers of An Cnoc. And the tiny Abhainn Dearg. Glen Scotia switched from worms to shell and tube in 2011-12 and Dalwhinnie made their switch back to worms in 1995 after 9 years of tubes, so it's worth checking older bottles to see which applies. Cheers!

Just caught up with this, Shayla, and it's great! You've really worked on whittling down the very most important info into a punchy, highly informative and compact video. Well done! Cheers.

I love the way you include your 'bloopers' at the end! Oh, and you're doing an excellent job with the Summer vPubs, so you needn't have worried... or apologised!

So the quick cooling in the worm creates heavier distillate and increased ester production? Double checking, very interesting

Hey Jim, yes that's correct :) I know this stuff is super fun to learn about!

Interesting fun fact.... most worms actually prefer to take a shower than to sit in a tub after long day of eating dirt and poop.

Based on the photo you showed, I'm thinking a 'shotgun condenser' is the same idea as the shell and tub.
I'm not suggesting people make back yard stills, buuuuuuuut.... Home Depot does sell large copper coils ready to go... Just saying, but don't do it, but just saying...
